c1rcle, I'd like to know the reason why too... I figure it was either too costly to maintain, (unlikely) Pace weren't forthcoming with technical support, (possible) or that it was making the app so unreliable, (which was hurting sales) that leaving it in was thought to be more of a danger to the bottom line than taking it out. I think the latter is the one I'd put money on, but I guess we'll just have to see how much SP2.1 improves matters. later jb
