I had this happen before and got help here. Try this. Go to the My Computer Folder, (or maybr any folder) Select the TOOLS Menu Select Folder Options Select File Types Scroll down to ZIP file types and select it Click on the Advanced button Put a check in the box that says 'Confirm open after download" That worked for me.
