I loaded Victoria and the P5 outfit, manually adjusted the clothing (repositioned, posed, scaled, etc.) so that it fit her default pose, then exported the clothing item as a new OBJ mesh. In the export options dialog, I had only "Include body part names in polygon groups" and "Include existing groups in polygon groups" checked.
Then I copied the Victoria catsuit CR2 and edited it to point to the new mesh. Five minutes work. A bit crude, but functional. If I'd spent some extra time with magnets and the like to shape the mesh closer to Victoria's proportions, it would fit even better.
I don't have the Millennium Kids, so cannot repeat the experiment with the P5 kids' clothing.
