I think that there will only be an "open" version. (for now, at least). My desk at home is rarely closed. Modelling it wouldn't be that much of a problem... multi-rep the slats along a path. But I think animating it would be another matter, one that I'll leave until I'm a little better at this. I agree with you, Isstrout. I've downloaded too many models that look good in the thumbnail, but are relatively useless when you bring them into Bryce. Not from here, of course... :o) As of now, I've redesigned the hutch slightly, and added a couple of parts to make it look more like there is an actual roll-top that is open. This morning I'll see if I can cut some grooves in the wings for the top to slide down (if it were going to slide, details, details, details). Should be available soon. Might have to find someone willing to host it for me, as the unzipped .obj file is around 5Mb so far. I think that might be too much for my aol free account.
