The white highlight works...but only takes you so far. Beach baby at RDNA (link below) comes closest to the look I'd like to see BUT it's incorporated in the texture and has it's obvious limitations. I think a combination of an overlay texture and bum (or displacement map) that could be used as part of a multi-layered texture would be great.
