It means they right-click or screen capture images on other people's websites and chop them up, put frames around them or make them into Paint Shop Pro Tubes or PhotoImpact Stamps. This particular site is another email group where they share images they've taken from the internet. They happen to have a website and have some of the images posted. Lisa's I recognized right away and sure enough, when I clicked on it there was her signature.

Since I'm sitting at my computer this morning printing my Christmas cards, I've nothing else to do but surf and I've already joined another graphic list and bookmarked a couple of sites that look suspicious.
