I'll agree with losing the dress and going with the white. Reflection on the skin to "ice" it a bit. Mountains in the back, make 'em sharp and a white/grey/blue to them for an ice texture. The color you have at the bottom part of the mountain is nice, just move it up and literally sharpen it for the ice. Jagged, baby. If you can, redo her in poser and turn her head so she is looking at the viewer of the image put still moving in the direction she is currently moving in. I like the eyes, but, I say lose them and give them a signle shade with a slight glow on them. I like the swirling wind/snow around her. Not braking your chops, but I just laughed to myself thinking it was Alice in Wonderland on a bad trip after taking the red pill.
