Those simple pluggins work with PSP and there is somewhere in PSP the same type of feature Offset somewhere in it then if you don't have a stamp use clone I think it's called in that program instead. You can make them in PSP to just as easy. Those simple pluggins also have a offset but I don't think you can set how much you want it to offset but it still works just click it a few times instead.
