Yeah that turned out the be the problem all along i guess was the phi I had it like:
1 Hip 2 Abdomen 3 Chest 4 lCollar 5 lShldr 6 lForeArm 7 lHand 4 rCollar 5 rShldr 6 rForeArm 7 rHand 4 neck 5 upperneck i just had to change it to 1 Hip 2 Abdomen 3 Chest 4 neck 5 upNeck 4 rCollar 5 rShldr 6 rForeArm 7 rHand 4 lCollar 5 lShldr 6 lForeArm 7 lHand
Figures it would end up being something that simple...
