I downloaded Poser 6 from www.e-frontier on Friday, it saved having to wait for it to be delivered. You can choose to have the physical product or the downloaded version which is exactly the same as far as I know. It really is a great product.
Thread: Quarker's Silky Long Hair isn't rendering in Poser 6. HELP!! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thanks for all your help everyone. Well, I've just returned to Poser 6 & now the hair works fine, maybe it was because I did a fresh reload, I don't know. If the problem arises again I'll try what you helpful people have told me. THANKS ALOT!!
Thread: Converting from PSP to Photoshop? | Forum: Photoshop
Thanks for the replies, most appreciated. Good idea Lou, I'll try the demo & decide that way. BTW, which version should I try, is PS7 the one to go with or is CS2 the one to try? Is there a big difference between these two? I must admit I han't heard of the CS2 version until today. I've also checked out the prices, I never realised Photoshop was this pricey!!

Thanks Lou. To be honest I wish I had the money to buy a top of the range product like CS2 as I know I would get alot out of it. It does seem then that I'll have to look around & find a fairly cheap Photoshop 7. Thanks again.

YIKES!! Well, it seems like I'll have to get serious then. Now where did I put those lottery numbers!! I will get Photoshop sometime, & I will learn. I know the end product is worth the effort having seen some of the postwork in the galleries here. Thanks all for taking the time.

Thread: Child Nudity: How OLD is Aiko 3? (Controversial) | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Even though Aiko is cartoon like, there is still some resemblance of an underage girl. Therefore I would never produce a piece of work with one in the nude. I have checked out your gallery, & while I'm not personally offended by it because it's just art & not real, I can understand some people finding it distasteful.

Thread: Poser and Bryce 5 | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
You may encounter problems with dynamic hair & clothes as I did. I wanted so much to do work with Poser 6 & Bryce but these problems have kept me away from Bryce for a while. I'm sure there's a way around it but I'm too busy with just Poser 6 at the moment to figure it out. Apparently there's also transparency issues (like eye lashes, brows etc), but I'm sure the more knowledgeable people on here can give you instructions on how to deal with this.
Thread: TOS - Is Vicky 3 over 18??? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thorne & Sarsa make very good characters. However, they do normally have them appear to be in the teen bracket. When I saw Minuette, I thought they had put a young teen girls head on a womans body. I personally wouldn't have put her in the nude as I know some people would find it a bit distasteful. This is the problem with making characters for V3. We assume she will be a fully grown woman, this appears to not be the case as it all seems to depend on her facial appearance.

Thread: How much | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Oh, I can spend up to 5 hours on Poser & have less than half of that time actually being productive!
But's it's amazing what you can come up with just by tinkering & messing around, sometimes my best ideas have come this way. When I have set out to do a particular project only a few ever turn out the way I intended them to. I can get too frustrated & have to leave the PC alone!
