During the checkout process you can simply change the phone number provided in the given field. If contact is needed to fulfill a purchase, we will use the phone number associated with the order being fulfilled. There is no process to change the phone number. There is also no verification code sent through that phone number.

You can use the "Gift this Item" button on the product page.

This will give you the following dialog window from which you can choose the username of the user you are gifting the item to.

Now that non-Prime items are temporarily marked as Prime (purple tag) instead of Prime Flash, I'm unable to know whether the Prime price is going to change. I started a thread in the Suggestion Box, but nothing has changed.

Is there a secret code to discover if a marked Prime item is true Prime, or is this another of the new regime's improvements?

There was a glitch in the system that caused products on temporary prime discount to be marked as "Prime". That has since been fixed! Now, products that have the Purple Prime sash are the permanent prime products.

Under the new policy (referenced by RedPhantom) all vendors will receive 30 days of prime membership upon the release of new products. Also, all top 100 vendors will receive a month of prime. There was a glitch in the process that ran this month that gave all vendors 30d of prime. That is why you have prime. If you visit the 12 Days of Christmas giveaway article for today, you will see you can claim the prime freebie! Also in the Renderosity Prime forum you can claim another monthly prime freebie as well as a single-use prime coupon to use on your next purchase.

There was a glitch in the prime newsletter that sent out this morning that caused it to send multiple times. Our development team has since resolved that issue. As for the expiry notifications I will let our development team know that that is happening, so that they can fix it (I can see how that would get pretty annoying :) ).

The filelocker is a simple file sharing solution for members of Renderosity. It is often used by vendors of Renderosity to quickly share a file during content creation. It has a 50MB upload limit to prevent abuse of our storage solutions.

wheatpenny is completely correct! We strongly suggest you use the username change service so that you can use the same email address, not lose access to purchases, etc.
