I would say that these one are the most usefull... There is also mediachance site that has free plugins as one for b&W conversion I guess and for noise issue in portrait ;-) Xero and virtual photographer are very good though!
Thread: deleted this rose...truth-anothing boring rose?... | Forum: Photography
That's right! My only suggestion is practice practice practice...and to be carefull with colorfull flowers and saturation...on your camera setting or with postwork , as high saturation dramatically lower the tone range ands tend to render a flat impression of the subject...but this is just my own opinion and I am really not a prefessionnal..just a novice ;-) Anyway this is a good capture with a very good exposure and focus!

I really like that! Rich perfect tones..and like that contrast of blur and crispiness on your face.. Nice to meet people here too! ;-)
Thread: Tonal quality and dynamic range in digital cameras! | Forum: Photography
Never used it Dough but read in a few magazines that some known digitals phototographers are using it..It has special features that are very interesting..but could not recall what ;-) There is also a whole section on Ansel Adams zone system wich is explained with great graphs...
Thread: Ur honest opinions plz! | Forum: Photography
I would prefer the first one pascale as the tones are rich..and for that type of image..i prefer B&W...wich brings us more within a scene (avec un regard plus ''sensible'' que la couleur je trouves) On the 2nd shot, the sky looks a bit dull to me . This is my honest taste ;-)
Thread: Just for fun and a test...taste.. | Forum: Photography
It makes me hungry...for..pop-corn :) I prefer the taste of the first one ! Interesting with the underneath lighting!

Thank's a lot..I tried few of your workflows and it works fine...especially smooth with edge preserving and clarify, and dust & scratch on chromatic noisy photos! Great help and tips guys ;-)
Thread: Is It Just My Monitor Or .... | Forum: Photography
I am having problems with my monitor calibration wich begins to be aged now! I am missing dark tones and have lack of contrast..The only things I can see is a bit of dark green leaf in the right bottom side and a small gold shade on the left top!

I definitely like it..never seen a shoot of birds like this one...It's full of colors and the little bird is really in focus! It's like if he is the king watching over his kingdom ;-) Really beautifull pic!
Thread: When does sepia work...when does it not | Forum: Photography
On this one I agree with Pascale...the color one was better but with contrasting tones..it now has a dramtic sky impact, wich I like plus a something warmer and rich!
