It has?  Where did you see this at?  I got no emails about it from E Frontier and
the E-Frontier website says nothing about it.

Are you not able to move the camera view around with the parameter dials?

At the bottom of the screen is the Animation Controls.  In the boxes to the right of Frame you will
see a 1 and a larger number, like 30.  In the second box type 1 and when the pop up window asks
 for confirmation hit OK.

Edit:  Just checked and you can do the same thing in the Animation Palette, but
there Frames is at the top right of the palette.

Only in Poser 6 because it uses Open GL.
Poser 5 could care less about what kind

Jeez, that's aweful.  Hope you are getting better and will be all right.  Take all the time you need.

Also as an alternative go to the menu bar at the top and click Window.
Then put a check next to Light Control in the drop down menu.
Works for things like the Parameter Dials too if you accidentally
turn that off.

Getting an object out of Poser is easy, you just export it as an .obj or a .3ds file.
The tricky part would be to import a file into the game program.  Unless it
has an import option you'd have to hack the code.  Also unless the game
allows you to rig the character, you'd just end up with a static character,
you wouldn't be able to change its pose. Perhaps you need to ask this
same question on a games forum.

LOL, I thought you had gotten one of the files that Poser 4 uses to create texture
gradient bumps. Those are also .bum files.

Patorak is in the process of converting Jessi to take Victoria 3 textures.
Maybe he could give you some pointers.  Apparently this is a long
and difficult process.  I guess it sort of depends on how many weeks
you are willing to invest in the effort and what your skill level is
in using UV mapping programs. 

Interesting effect.  Never noticed that.  I tend to use V3 SAE and she already has all
the expressions built in which is good because I never know what mood she
will have later on and so it saves time having all the expressions loaded already.
Down side being a bigger file size.  Then I usually just inject the features I think
I will need, tweak them, and finally give her an expression.  I guess this is why
I have never seen this happen, because by the time I start turning the dials,
everything has already been injected.

What advantages do you find by loading and setting up the features first
and then loading up the expressions instead of loading both the
features and expressions first before setting things up?
Obviously there seems to be a disadvantage to doing it that way.

Are you sure the renderer has stopped and it isn't just at a particularly complex portion
of the scene and it is taking a long time to calculate that part of the scene?

You didn't state which version of Poser you have, but if you have Poser 5 or Poser 6
you don't need the .rsr files once the .png is generated and the .rsr files can then be
deleted to save disk space.
