You know Yggdrasil the material zones you suggested are almost the same ones that are on it at the moment :) It needs alot of cleaning up at the moment, but everytime I have a go at it I learn a new way of doing something so it's all good :) I will revisit it again tonight when I get home from work, and will no doubt build it from scratch again, but now I have the general structure set to what I want it to look like I can concentrate on making it cleaner looking now.

hehehe am still a newbie modeller, but I was thinking of making a cyber-eye in the style of a borg one when my modelling skills improve, I already thought of another way I could have made the comlink better, so will have another go tonight, but like I said that was just something I did whilst waiting for my lesson from IW and his creation will be alot better than mine :)

On the Guyver subject, I played around with the armour, the guyver armour is bio-armour but I think I know what you mean, it looks like the morphed armour version from later books, I dunno what it was called super bio-booster or whatever. making a catsuit texture for underneath is easy anyone could do that, texturing the armour pieces would be more of a challenge, still checking deep paint out at the moment, also trying to learn Rhino 3D as seen by my other post lol.

Yeah actually that's how I was going to go about it, draw the reference lines then texture it in Photshop, but I found Deep Paint hard to use for that as it does it area by area which is a bit hard to export and texture. Will look at it again, was just a bit daunting

Ah that explains alot, I did wonder why the rifle was awkward to move about, but having no idea about how these things work, I was clueless as to why this was or even that it was wrong. On another note, Insomnia think you can make a cloak and a sword, and maybe a pair of cuffed boots, to go with the catsuit? was thinking of making a few textures for fantasy style heroes, like the one in my picture. I tried Deep Paint for the guyver project and think I'm gonna put that one on hold for now as I found Deep Paint hard to use, no not hard awkward would be a better word, and I couldn't do anything at all with the Maxon Bodypaint, I could load the catsuit up but nothing i did to it would let me paint it. So I may re-tackle guyver if/when I get more profficiant at using Deep Paint. Insomnia, have you ever considered creating a Mecha? I don't mean a huge 50ft tall one, but one more like the Landmates in Appleseed? a major project i'm sure, but animedoll is crying out for powerarmour, alot of anime are based in this genre, the silly schoolgirl anime is only a small part of anime and even that sometimes features mecha.

Hehehehe no it's deffinately an anime character, one of my favourite but she is normally overshadowed by the 2 other females in the show. Actually Insomnia it's the catsuit that's transmapped, the skirt is by Teppan. I never got round to buying your minidress yet :) hehehe but I just wanted to let ya see what's possible given a bit of time :)
