Try Autodesks Meshmixer (it's free) for creating the support structures. They are completely different, more like vines ranking up on your object, and they are much easier to remove than the Cura support.

The Ultimaker is a fine printer and worth the price.
Did you print it in multiple pieces and glued them together or did you use support material?

I did a quick check and was able to export a figure from Blender as Collada and import it back in Poser. Weight mapped, but without any morphs.

I had no problems getting them into Poser.
Load the ZIP, extract it to the character folder of one of your runtimes, then load them with the library.
Here are the beauties:

Sounds like it's almost ready to be sold to customers !
I don't have that many problems with Poser 11. Sure, there were some bugs and I'm sure that there are some bugs left, but all in all, P11 works for me.

I'm not at my PC right now, but I guess that you have the outlines just on DSON figures. When importing via DSON, it looks to me as if there are two meshes, one a slight bit larger than the other, and the larger one renders black. That's your outline in Preview.
Export the figures via Poser Exporter from Studio, and load them without DSON. You will no longer have the outline. It's the only way to get rid of them that I know.

Thread: PBR conversion in Poser 10 material room | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Reacting on your questions from the initial posting. All IMHO, I'm not the big shader expert.
Albedo should color the diffuse channel if non-metall, it should color the specular if metal. So it should go into the diffuse part, but you will probably want to use a diffuse node instead of the build-in node to blend the specular via a fresnel blend node.
You most probably should decide which style of PBR shader do you want to build. If you have Albedo/Roughness/Metallness you do not have a specular map.
For a good PBR shader, you need to sync a Reflection Node with a specular node (Blinn/ksMicrofacet), or your materials won't look right. Firefly can do blurred reflections, but I have no idea how to sync them in a believable way with the reflectivity. You will need a lot of test renders to find out. And prepare to have long renders, because blurry reflections are costly in Firefly. This blurring is the roughness setting. Just changing the highlight size in the Specular part of the Root node won't make it look correct, though. Use Blinn or ksMicroFacet with the correct settings (I do not have them) and blend them in with a Fresnel Blend.
Metallness is the most easy part. Metallness=1 means no Diffuse and colored Speculars. Metallness=0 means diffuse as normal and white speculars.
See Roughness. If you want your shader to be usable with IDL, you absolutely need reflections, at least at lower roughness levels. Using Fresnel basically means that you blend the reflections on the outer and the diffuse components at the inner channel.
You could search for BB's post about building a basic glossy shader, this should get you pretty close.

Thread: Morphs on POSED figure | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I'm doing morphs from posed figures from Poser via ZBrush all the time. Which version of Poser are you using, by the way?
I use the "Export Figure Mesh to GoZ" entry from the Figure menu, not from the Object menu. In the window which opens, I check the "Export Posed" checkbox. I get the figure in ZBrush and morph it as I like. Then I simply push the "GoZ"-Button in ZBrush and go back to Poser. Poser will ask me for a name for the Full Body Morph I just created with ZBrush.
I can even export multiple figures from Poser, and morph them in the same ZBrush session as different subtools. When I send them back to Poser the morph will still end up in the correct figure.
To create a full body morph, you can use the "Morph" utilities which come with Wardrobe Wizard. Activate Wardrobe Wizard from the Python Scripts menu, then open the Python buttons. Choose "Utilities" then "Morph" and then "Dials to single Morph" to create a single body morph from the actual state of the figure.
Did that help?

Wow, I was making the mistake of thinking that the PoserSurface was archaic and just there to support legacy textures. Boy was I wrong!
No, in fact the PoserSurface is highly practical even for Cycles shader nodes. It has transparency and bump maps as simple outputs. Transparency is two nodes more with the Cycles surface, Bump maps need a convesion node and a connection to a lot of shader nodes for the nodes input.

Maybe I should've specified I was responding to the OP.
Ahh ok sorry :D
Anyway seems like it is mesh related and due to Poser lighting. Tried to increase the Render subD for the scene.
I don't think it's the lighting, it looks like the Terminator Problem. Iray has it too. Read about it Here.
And yes, Subdivision is probably the best way to get rid of it.
