"Despite limitations in the Mac OS X - Classic environment" What the @#$% is that supposed to mean? OK sorry not the place for OS wars. Still what does that mean? E-on's webs site sez it only works with the OSX version of poser--Is thsi a contridiction of that? Am I missing something here?
Thread: Poser Import functionality Mac OSX version of Vue... neverending story :( | Forum: Vue
Phil, On E-on's website they say it works but only with the OSX version of poser which of course is nowhere to be seen. I'm looking at Vue for the same reason Poser to Vue, but until Curious Labs gets their crap together I guess I'll be sticking with Bryce5. I emailed Curious Labs...still waiting for a response. Jon

Here's the latest press release. Poser technology surfaces in Vue d'Esprit | June 17, 2002 By Digit staff Curious Labs, makers of the 3D human-modelling software Poser, and E-on software, makers of 3D landscape software Vue d'Esprit, have teamed up to enable native Poser animation technology to be added to Vue d'Esprit. Vue d'Esprit can import still Poser scenes, says E-on, and then only on Windows. The addition, says the company, will mean both Macintosh and Windows users will be able to run Poser animations fluidly through a 3D Vue d'Esprit scene. E-on says it will showcase the new technology at Siggraph 2002 -- held in Texas on July 21-26. Digit will bring you full coverage from the show.

Thread: Steff, V-Lo, V-Lo2... who should I focus on character morphs...? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I bought Steph but hardly use her cause I don't like any of the face morphs out there. But since I've picked up the loRes Vic2 I've been in love. So either way I'd be a happy pup, tho' I hafta admit I love the low computing overhead that the the lorez Vic supplies.

Yeppers, I'm definitey interested. Not to be greedy a tutorial would be great too, doesn't sound all that hard. Since I've been using the Lores Vicky2 alot and I'm assuming the regular Vicky version wouldn't work I'd like to be able to take advantage of this for that model. thanx!

Thanx for all your help. I ended up buying the Vic2 lores it's a pretty neat model. Nope of the morphs work but I just DL'd the free character pak from DAZ. All the clothes, textures and props I've tried work fine too. I've had a few minor problems with poses. Othat than that I am very pleased

WOW! Thanx alot. This is exactly what I was hoping for...more than what I expected that's for sure. A big Thank YOU! Do you know if any of the Vic2 mods works with the lores version? I'm definitely putting her on my list of stuff to get. Thanks again! Jon

Lose the folding stock, It's neat but I doun't think anyone would use it. The handle is a kinda rough, and probably use either a wood or rubber texture. Otherwise great piece of work, throw in a coupla shells that can be placed "ejecting" and and an ammo belt and it'd really really cool just my humble opinion
Thread: This time it seems it's finally gone ... (closing of Piaa) | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
