1. Angelfire.com allows use of MTS files. 2. I believe you only need a broadcast liscence if you are using MTS 3 and Not 2. However I didn't care for Metacreation's deserting their clt's like that. I guess it is back to VRML unless a few 3D companies decide to work in co-operation and make a new streaming 3d plugin. My apologies for the inconvience, I believe the Castlepack download is fixed now. Any comments for next months Download? Sorry I don't know what happened I thought I tested it last night before going to bed at about 3 or 4 a.m. Thanks to those of you who notified me. Sorry I couldn't get to it earlier. Thank You ryamka for posting the proper link. 3D Exploration is the program that is a free converter that will let you convert it though it is shareware and you should register it after a while. I hope to update the download next month to have it as a poser file so it will be prescaled, I just want to look into wether I can include the texture map as they are a combination of Bryce and Calagari Truespace textures.

By the way. The website for this magazine is talking about issue 4 as coming out. Are you sure it is issure 5 and not 3 or 4? What is the month Sept, Oct, Nov, on the magazine.. I already use poser 4 but woulnd't mind picking it up for a few people I know if it has poser 3. Thanks for the news.

I have experienced no problem with colour fading, or any thing else other than the Black Ink failing to work on three different printers, and all the coulor heads on one. In case your wondering it was the 400. 540 and 600 models that failed to live past three years. The quality of the graphics are superb the colour is well done. I had worked in the printing industry and the only other home based printer that could match would be a die sub, or colour laser like a xerox. (I still like epson better)

3 Epson Printers, each had the black print head last from 1-3 years. Excellent quality graphics. But we aregetting tired of replacing printers on such a regualar basis. Only one of the printers need the colour heads replaced and that was after 2 years. It's a great buy but only if you expect or intend to buy a new printer in 3 years.

When you try and do your animation are you using file compresion. Try animating without compression. Some compresions seem to look up poser. I recomend you do any filre compresion in your video editing suite. Remember keep you scenes realitvly small. Wathch tv or movies and see how almost every few seconds could be an entirely different complementry shot and thus a different renedr put together in your video editing. Hope this helps, in any case I have render 200meg animation's with a machine that only had 64megs or ram with out problem so I doubt it is the ram.

I liked doing the bryce to poser route; if you story board you may be able to just add the two nicly depending on the shoot. Also you can import some bryce primitives nicly in to poser. You may want to check with brain muffin he is one of the best "Set Designers" at Renderosity, he had volunteered to work on my animation however I have not heard from him for a while. Best of luck.
