Epson printers are nice work horse printers. I have several higher end ones myself. That model is a good model. Will do a decent picture print out and definitely will do nicely printing out papers. Just remember to get the best quality printouts with pictures, you also need to use specialized papers (higher end papers). This is with all printers, not just epson. - Noel

Another thing to check is make sure XP isn't putting your system to sleep. If you have sleep settings on, and don't touch the keyboard/mouse for a little bit (like when rendering) it can shut down everything and a lot of the times it won't come back on :) - Noel

You can buy an upgrade for about 150-160 dollars if you shop around properly. I upgraded from 4.0 to 7.0 a while ago, and I think the CS upgrade goes down to 5.5 for upgrading purposes (you should check before buying). - Noel

You should also consider Shade from Curious Labs. Very low entry level cost if you have Poser, and has a lot of possibilities :) - Noel

If you are looking for easy modeling, download the demo of Shade from Curious Labs. I'm finding it to be very easy, and you can import Poser scenes directly which allows you to easily incorporate your images. Noel

It means somewhere in the translation from Carrara and back the number of vertices was changed. You can only use a morph target that has exactly the same number of vertices as the original. - Noel

Pro is what is sounds like, the professional version. The lite and standard can both do a LOT. The big differences are who is going to be using it. Pro can do some higher end rendering and can network render. Both good for a professional enviroment. For me, standard works great :) - Noel
