hey guys wait up, I am writing a tutorial on how to create rsr's from your png's for poser4 without actually using poser4. Also customized png's too. Should have it written by the weekend, damned day job gets in the way hehehehe.

LOL @ "But Poser stuff is so small"! He's not wrong! I still have a few problems with the habware plugin too, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Just for curiosity, what OS do you run Jim?

try unchecking Centred and Percent of standing figure size. In fact I would be inclided to uncheck everything in that poser import box. Worth a try anyway.

I just finished reworking a script so that you can request stuff. The script is still being tested, but you can still try it. I will do my best to concentrate on the things that is most requested as long as it's within my means. :)Thread: Faces for Michael2 | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL

There was a problem getting to the first face pack, I have fixed it up now :) It was getting late and I wasn't feeling the best when finishing the pages last night and I guess I uploaded an older test copy of it. Feeling much better today though, must have been all the "yummy" food I have been eating since Christmas heheh oh well lucky I didn't make a resolution! It would have been broken that very morning :) Hey bigro2k2, I didn't even think about being the first poser post in 2002 LOL But thanks :))Thread: May have found a way around the Ram Leak crashes/freezes | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I think I might move to W2K. Judging by what people say on here it seems to be the least troublesome when it comes to graphics. Could it also be W98 that would not boot properly when I had another 64mb in the other slot? I had to take it out, but it was counted fine at bootup. Just couldn't load the explorer shell properly. Took it out and everything seemed fine, except for poser freezes.

thanks so much Trav, I think you have saved my sanity. I have had so many problems after installing a 512MB stick along with my existing 128MB in Win98Se and Poser that I was ready to just wipe it all and start again. I am going to give this a go and will let you know if it makes a difference. I also found out recently that Win98 doesn't handle large amounts of memory very well so it would seem to be a perfect match (in theory). I was starting to think that it was only a small group of people that were having freeze probs in poser until recently. :))

to fix the noses on Catharina's textures, I like to use the clone tool in photoshop, using a round soft brush, set the pressure to around 50% (depending on how bad it is) and then gently clone the white spots of with a cloned spot from nearby. Doing it this way give a perfect effect for me. I also fix other areas the same way, such as the lips, but with the lips I use a sharper brush with super soft pressure and slowly brush over the parts I need to fix. The clone tool in photoshop is perfect for fixing almost anything on textures, you just need to learn how soft or hard to press, give it a try :)

but then what about all that fun trying to force those ones that almost look like they can fit. Ahhh memories, actually I might do a new one soon, I'll wait until we move into our new house and dedicate a room to it ;) a virtual puzzle could be fun too though. I am sure there is a way to do it with flash or java or one of those type of programs. You would need a way to zoom in on a part of the puzzle and then cycle through possible pieces.
