I haven't tryed hybrid yet. My only problem with dynamic clothing is it takes forever to set it up and render it. It would seam that the hybrid would be a little faster to set up and render, (mostly render) because less things have to have be calulated by the computer. I have only seen about 1 or 2 of these Items for the hybrid for sale, or maybe there are more, I just bypass them till I get Poser 7 and see if that speeds up the process of rendering and the setup room to make it worth while.

A Black or White Backgrounds only relationship to lighting is in the way you light  your subject to bring out the detail you that is needed.  An Illustration or Painting is a different animal all together. They  let your imagination fill in the detail that sometimes disapears into its dark or light background with the purpose of bringing out drama, or mystery.  

In selling a product, Black or white backgrounds are also an excellent way to show off your products. And if you have 3 or 4 Illustrations as examples, At least two should give you good detail of the subject. There is nothing wrong with bringing out drama or supence with some detail disapearing into the background with a few examples, as long as you can see some detail of your other examples.

 To clairify one thing, It's not that you use a black or a white as a background. It is that you show good detail of your subject in doing so, somewhere with your examples. Almost all the merchants that I see do a great job in doing so. Just look how they show off their product with there backgrounds and learn how to sell your product with good lighting.

All I know is I see Thousands and Thousands of Renders from different companys. There is only just a very few that I don't want to call out, because I don't mean no disrespect to them. I see great detail on all those images. 

But I'm just curious, because the subject of a couple of the images in question, I was interested in I didn't buy because I was conserned about the quality of the product that I couldn't see. Am I the only one that sees a couple of merchants that have no detail on what might be a great product caused by poor lighting? 

My biggest intent was to get these merchants to have a better render of what might be a great product lit better. A hard situation to get right is a black obect, animal, or person on a white or, black background. That is one of the hardest things to light properly to show detail. but reguardless, It should be done, and it can be done.

Maybe my best solution is to talk directly to the merchant in question about it. I just thought this might be of help for anyone who it might be one of those merchants, and also for anyone who might be thinking on being a merchant in the future. Lighting is Very important!

I appreciate the information about the monitor, but my Monitor is fine, I know how to adjust it. My only reason for posting this message is almost every Image with a black background come out great. There are only a few that are too dark. yes I can go through the settings and make them more visable, but then everything else is out of wak in doing so. That should be there responsibility, not mine if they want to sell. 

As I said, I know that there is a lot of time and effort to making these items. I just want to give them a heads up with something that is so simple to correct compaired to the work they put into making there product. If they have the information. When there is a product that has no detail whatso ever. My impression is they are trying to hide some flaw.  

I use Photoshop all the time. I just lightened about 150 photos that had nothing to do with products but correcting the lighting on a film someone else has made.

The work they do is time I don't have to work on in modeling, texturing or what ever that is involved, unless it's simple stuff.  I can just find a merchant that specializes in what is needed and look to buy. Or If I need something that is not out there, if it's that important, I can just have a merchant make something to my specs. I just hope that those few merchants don't  think that lighing is important. In a number of cases great lighting can make a sale, It stimulates the mind of the posibilities of that product.

I love your blouse, I wish dinamic Clothing wasn't so slow to work with. I love the look. I do animation, and when it gets faster within Poser to work with. That will be the clothing that I use all the time.

Lets just say I'm retired, and am in the prime of my life if only the years didn't keep reminding me of that Statistic. Anyway, I ignore those type of details, and am injoying the work that I am doing now better than anything I've ever did before.

Your Gallery - Great Photo of yourself. I find it interesting your trademark image in the Forum and your Illustration of yourself in your gallery. I like to see how people like to be viewed with your Icon image in the forum. It doesn't say how a person thinks they look like nessasairly, as is says how they want others to think of them or think others view them. That can be a very deep subject that I won't get into. Its just that I find it very interesting.

No body better say that face looks ugly. that is the second comming of my wifes face and hair color and style. Did she put you up to this, if not,  I will have to show this to her. Her eyes on the ends tilt up just a little, compaired to hers though.

Well, I want to be informed of any news. I don't have V4 yet, but plan on buying her as soon as I get back from a vacation next week.

I love his clothes, but I do animations and he always has a warning about crosstalk Problems which keeps me from buying his outfits. I had some cross talk problems with another vender and I can't use those clothes because they don't move correctly like all my other clothes. That is the only reason I don't buy them.

All I can say is, Yes Gibson blurbed out some stuff that I disagree with, and yes he shouldn't be drinking and driving, which I find worse than the first because, one ahcohol is a mind altering drug. It affects peoples thoughts, their judgements. Some people get real mean, some people get sleepy, and some people get real brave.

I don't think that what Gibson said was his true fellings under his condition. Every thing I've heard of Gibson is quite the opposite. But the drinking which no one seems conserned about they let fly. He is getting treatment, which is not proof that he has that under control. but it's a starting place. As far as his statement. Let the first person cast the first stone that hasn't said something they regretted when they were solber.

I do know that hollywood is jealous of Gibson because of all his success and can't stand the Idea that they passed on the Passion of the Christ. after getting passed over having hollywood produce the movie, He took it upon himself to produce it with his own money. I guarantee they won't give him good reviews as far as the production companies go in his new movie. I hadn't seen his latest movie, but the subject fasicnates me. The good news is Hollywood can't stop him, though there was talk about boycotting the movie. I think a lot of people will be interested this subject. I wish he did these film in englist, as I have dyslexia and it slows the movie down for me trying to read and get the flow of the movie at the same time. 

And yes Gibson does have demons to conqer, but somehow don't we all!

As far as that era, I would have loved to walk in one of there cities back then, (Time Travel) but wouldn't have wanted to live back then. The Illustrations done in a National Geographs magazine a few years ago on the subject was amazing. those Cities were so huge. not just a couple of temples, Many large Temples and courtyards that covered the earth almost as far as the eye could see.

Yeal, and unless you want to make something spicificly different, they cover a ton of designs, they have 3 different sets you can buy. they are very detailed textured. I was going to build my own also untill I saw there's, now all I have to do in build is something specific as an addon.

Those temples have always been on my most wanted places to visit. The Product has some very good information you can click onto to find out more information about the temples, or at least it did.
