Such a Image made with Paragon also eliminates all the junk, once restored it is as if it were a all new install just with all your settings and programs. Like a first win Install. all Win update info get eliminated dates are all set to the day of restore. I sometimes also just use it to make a deep clean, usage of the past are mostly eliminated in no time. Boosting the computer as if it were all new :)

I actually stopped with these expensive Antivirus Programs a long time ago. Instead I got my self Paragon Hard Disk Manager. Making healthy images of my whole system once in a while. In case of a suspect of infection I can restore the whole system in less then 20 min without breaking my head on what I got eliminating all threads. Also works to just load the whole system on a new computer if hardware fails in less then an hour.
You might just try Uninstalling that antivirus replacing it with Avira Free or something similar, spending your money on a Hard Disk Manager rather then experiencing to spend allot for a antivirus program that slows down your system causing more damage then a virus ever could do. Your best weapon against a Virus is a good HD Image
I also keep a Full system mirror on a secondary SSD drive just in case making it fast to replace ( Plug and Play ) The damaged one gets formatted and and used as new backup ( No Headaches and no risk of a heart attack )

You might give it a shot by completely disabling F-Secure and run Poser see if it is still freezing the system. Sometimes a Antivirus can also slow down your system big time, in most cases if you open up a Folder that has allot of large exe's in it . but sure could be that F-secure is getting active when running Poser13. If so then you might have to consider changing the security app.

After my issue I ripped out the water cooling system and built in a conventional one with Fan also changed the Air Flow with the chassis Fan's with water I had about 70c and after the change it went down to 30c . Right now only the Cpu Fan's are running and once in a while it needs to boot up the Chassis Fan's, but also these are set up to work in a intelligent mode not to run all at once if not needed.
Peaks on Cpu can be very short you will not even note them but heating up the system big time, in no time you are on 100c and as fast it can go down but sure can cause to freeze up your system. At the time I also thought the CPU is running low but it already was enough causing system issues.
Even a issue with a Internet browser or a site can cause a freeze and short peaks changing your cpu into a egg Pan at 220c mostly you realize it when the Win explorer makes a crash and reboot :)
But that issue with Poser is sure not normal. Might be that it is pointing to other system resources and applications, sometimes just little conflicts causing a rat tail.

I had this happen once! Was a CPU overload causing to overheat reaching the 100 c barrier. Made me change the Computer cooling system to make sure it does not happen again as it can sure cause damage and shorten the lifespan of the computer.
It might be caused through accessing to much the poser library, you should check what is using up that much resources. It also can be caused if your Hd drive is running at 100% when something is trying to access it .... Best is just to check where the peaks are from there you can block it or fix it.
Like in the other thread Hopefully it is not a sqlite issue accessing the database and using up all your resources. I had a link placed that explains Symptoms if infected and exactly one of these are mentioned.

I sure do understand that some visual effects ( Flickering can cause epilepsy ) Not a new phenomenon. The main reason why sensitive persons ( depending on the degree ) have to avoid using Internet, Games, flickering screens and even Neon Lamps in Stores. Actually they should place in addition to cookies also a additional Info for Epileptics to agree before entering any site, just as they do before you start a game. Even a scene that is shot in a Disco with flickering light that you see in a Movie could kill a person :) .vopehov506, please spare a thought for those with epilepsy. That striking animation is in 'Photic Driver' country...
I'm safe, it just gives me a headache and a strong urge to 'punch out the perp', but my wife (RIP) would now be in a twitching heap on floor, or 'yogic flying' off the sofa...
Remember that infamous 1997 Japanese Pokemon animation that hospitalised many hundreds of kids ??
Yeah, right...
Disliking a comment should not be a reason to lift it up onto a situation that is almost killing someone, else the Internet should be closed right away as it could be dangerous in many way's . Anyway Sorry about your Wife ...
Would be worth a thought when making a search in google for a Gif making complaints for any flickering Gif to be removed right away LOL, resulting to be a fulltime job for a whole crew.
Thread: How to get "James" (beginner question) | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
If you do not have any prior Poser versions then you will sure get it as a part of Poser 13 if you buy this one, if you are not interested in Poser 13 then you can also get your self a older version 11 or 12 that would cost you less but this part of content is only included in a full version not in the trial.
Thread: How to get "James" (beginner question) | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
If you have a prior Poser version then you should have James for sure as you will find him in all of them since Poser 6 just link the content to Poser 13
Thread: How to get "James" (beginner question) | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
James comes with poser it is found in the additional downloads. It depends what Poser version you have access to, the zip file names might differ a little, but it is Included in any case. James was first released in Poser 6 actually never upgraded since then and was a original content of poser releases. New Dolls were added to poser on every release until SM poser 11 as Complete working packages.
JamesG2 was a extended Package sold at contentparadise and James G2 - Ultimate Head Morphs were sold at RDNA

Jokes aside.
Amadey infection is a very undesirable thing. It digs into your system disguised as a part of something legit
Amadey is a botnet that appeared around October 2018 and is being sold for about 500$ on Russian-speaking hacking forums. It periodically sends information about the system and installed AV software to its C2 server and polls to receive orders from it. Its main functionality is that it can load other payloads (called "tasks") for all or specifically targeted computers compromised by the malware.
" So really not funny getting such a thing on the Computer as you probably will not even note it "

Hello Poser Community
Poser 13 was running for a good hour before win 11 crashed...
The monitor went black, the graphics card fans (RTX 2070 Super) roared like a F4 Phantom taking off...
I was totally scared...
My render image is not artistic and please.....no comments.
And look what I found.... Rufus is still there....
Hey Renderosity, I bought a new rendering program, otherwise hardly anything is new...
Sure was a funny comment ! Ok only if it happens to others. Sure a dramatic situation! I would get a spazz. So I will wait a little until running my first Poser13 Trial, Doing it on a older machine. Let others try it out a little before I do :)
"How Dramatic"

They are always very busy getting access to your machine, now day's even more. Specially if it happens already on the day of release!
And if you end up having such a Screen, then you sure are in trouble. So better make sure not having to much vulnerable stuff running,
that is what your antivirus is trying to tell you
Thread: F-Secure claims Poser 13 contains Trojan - False Positive? | Forum: Poser 13
Could be due a insecure command that you are getting an alarm, specially if the Dll is venerable or it has been replaced, note that your poser is always online now unless you add blocks into the host file, but again this would cause the license not to renew after 7 day's and you could not access the store in your library. The more advanced Poser will be the more it will be online, also to get information's of your usage.
Might be similar to this one to get an idea of what you have
https://www.2-spyware.com/file-sqlite3-dll.html
so sqlite from Poser might access sqlite3 not sure ! Still , never underestimate an alarm. Russians already Hacked Poser13 the same day, so there must be a week spot for sure.

vopehov506 posted at 2:14 PM Thu, 30 March 2023 - #4460036I just checked the content zip files from Poser software place by manual download and the poser 13 versions are definitive the same as the ones from poser 12 no new files found there, no new structures. You know, that is odd. The dates on the files are mostly 2020. Including Dawn. Have the shaders really been updated?Right now it seems to be still the old Poser 12 content that comes along with Poser 13 unless there is an error. Would be nice to see a listening of the updated content but as long the upgrade dates did not change I doubt that they been upgraded.

Tuff for the ones that have an organized external runtime finding all the files to be removed, I mean allot have single runtimes with all the stuff they like and they sure are not small. Meaning you need to create a new separate runtime and hope that some of the double files are not accessed through the main external you also have loadedThe materials and folder organization of the new included contents have changed. It is highly recommended to remove the previous contents before installing to avoid mixing new and old files that use different materials and folder structures. If you just overwrite the old included contents, it will make a mess.
