I am using an external HD with a full P6 installation. OK, its a little bit slower than an internal drive but USB 2.0 is OK. The best thing to speed Poser up is to put all the stuff that is used seldom or never into the download directory to keep the number of rsr's and png's as small as possible. When I go to an other PC, I can plug in my USB Drive and can start working. Ulli

Or try it in a simple way: Make a render with your background prop and the lights and use the result as background image. BTW this will speed up the render of your scene. Good luck Ulli

May be you should install the update from e-freontier that deals with P4 on PC with more than 500 Meg of Memory. good luck Ulli

I have Apollo and the provided Readme: ApolloMaximusReadMe1.htm has no popups or links exept the ones to http://www.byanton.com or alternately http://www.antonkisieldesigns.com and Maximus question/fan forum and gallery at http://www.runtimedna.com So I'm also a little bit confused ??? Ulli
