I battled for some time to fix that problem and I think I found a solution. 1- There are two kinds of eyebrows : upper eyebrow and regular eyebrow. If you are applying a texture map that does not support upper eyebrows, make sure to turn them invidible (transparency 100%, no transparency map). 2- Make sure that the base color for each part of the face are the same (the first color selector on the left of the material panel). This color gives an additional tint to the texture map. If you select the same color for the eyebrows and lips as for the face, you should get rid of the nasty problems of colors.
