The problem was just the DAZ morphs. Once you reset those, you should be able to use the regular injection morphs without a problem. :) Xie Reborn will be relying on the same set of morphs, and current customers will be getting the update free, so it's good to download now, before she's done. (Which should be SOON. Almost done with promos...)

Trav, those strange wrinkles you're speaking of were caused by a goof up in Daz3d's set up of the International Beauties pack. If you reset your download at their website for just the morphs, you'll find that Xie looks just like she should, again, or alternately, there was an update when the problem was first brought to my attention that has a fix for both Xie and Xian, and you should simply redownload Xie, Realistic Chinese Beauty. What happened, simply, was that Daz3d, when packaging up the updated morphs for redistribution (there were some problems with the caucasian morphs, causing strange dents in the skullcap area) they overwrote Stephanie Petite's IB morphs with Victoria 3's. And since their faces were different, the morphs applied differently, causing some issues. If you need any more help, Trav, let me know, I'm more than happy to try and fix anything that may be wrong, whether it's something I did or someone else did. :)

Wow. One of the very first things I do when I'm planning a product is to sit there and actually play with it, first. This isn't a common thing for merchants to do? I always try out the limits of the existing before I go on to create original content, to make sure that I'm not effectively duplicating something already in the character's capacity to be.

YAY! I have a hobbled unicorn! hugs it and loves it and names it George! On another note, if it's not fun or something I think needs to be done, I don't do it. Maybe that's why I don't make heaps and bundles of money, but the stuff I've had real fun with has always sold well, or at least decently, while the stuff I've forced out hasn't sold jack.

sighs When you open your own site with your own ToS, you can make the rules, Khai. I'm not defending the fact that Renderosity is doing it themselves. I'm just telling you what's going to happen, to save your fingers some wear and tear demanding that someone else do it. They won't get a third party. DAZ will likely have a look, and then that's all she wrote. The righteous indignation will begin to cool to a general annoyance, merchants and customers who were wronged will either move on to better things or continue to be jaded by the problem.

Ynsaen, can I get a few unicorns to go with my hyacinth? Khai, Renderosity is going to check it. Renderosity, and likely, only Renderosity. DAZ3D will likely buy a copy today, examine it, land on their proverbial asses, then politely and quietly contact Tim or Clint about the issue, ask them to remove it politely and/or offer alternatives, and then the issue will be settled. It's not the end of the world, sugahs. And, as far as it goes? I trust Clint to be impartial about it. He's got a decent head on his shoulders, he and Debbie both. I wouldn't go so far as to say I'd trust them with my life, but I do trust them with my products, I trust them to respond quickly and decisively. I may not always agree with their responses, but they're either following policy or doing what they think is right.

You can have the Narcissus and the bluebells, I'll take a few Hyacinth. (They're so pretty when they're in bloom!) Natolli, as for the testing standards... Renderosity has decent standards, so far as I'm concerned, for OTHER people's products. As long as it doesn't crash the program and has all the nessisary files, does what it says, it'll pass. They don't judge the quality, they just make sure it works like it should. (Of course, occasionally we get a newbie tester who flunks an item because THEY don't know what to do...) For their OWN stuff, they seem to force it out as quick as they can, like a group of pit mechanics shouting 'movemovemove' at each other. I would personally be ashamed to have my name attatched to the base Renda figure. I could list, at length, the issues with the figure but there's no real point, as they've been hashed and rehashed by many people, including one or two of the merchants who were notified in advance of her release. I do know, however, that I will be a little more careful of 'Flagship' characters. This is the second flagship character to have some sort of scandal surrounding it. While it's not the tester's fault that Renda fits V3 stuff so well, it IS their fault that she was approved with those nasty joint problems and the mesh issues she has. (Have you ever seen a woman's breasts with deep notches in them?) Blackhearted, I'm sorry your time and effort on that beautiful morph were for naught. I truly do admire your Renda girl, because you took dog turds and turned them into a super model. Unfortunately, when you choose to support ANY figure, you're taking a risk, either that the product won't sell or that the product will be removed when there are copyright problems. :(
