rayraz, you're right about the grips, I just hadnt gotten to that point yet. And the engine is not complete but there will be that space above the engine (as can be seen by the pic, it is common in custom choppers, guess its the look they go for eelie, great idea with the shape, never thought of that...Ill give it a shot Erlik, custom choppers can have front fenders, actually they do almost all of the time (as can be seen by this picture of a bike made by West Coast choppers). Trust me I did plenty of research and am a big fan of several custom chopper shops ...paint job is metallic blue preset in the metals. I then took it to the texture editor and added fogy clouds texture and blue spots (with the blue spots, I changed the scale to like 250 or something so it would make tiny little specs)...I can give you the exact numbers when I get home if you would like.

yes, save for web...FWTempest hit it on the head... once saved for the web, the quality is still good and the file will probably be less than 10k

only way I can think of is to boolean the sphere until it is almost a flat plane. Boolean by the way, is grouping together positive and negative objects. The negative objects become invisible when grouped and cuts out the desired amount of the positive object (dont know if that made any sense). I bet some others here can come up with good ways of doing this, but its the only thing I can think of. If you want more in-depth instructions, just ask and I can attempt to explain. Hope my rambling has helped.

Bryster, the front shocks are inside the suspension housing, which is what is connected to the wheel, you dont see em in custom choppers, just stock bikes ;-)

thanks all for the great comments, Im very happy with how the tires turned out, actually I kinda hate the fact that I gotta cover em up with fenders, but oh well, Ill live :-)

I ended up just using the torus and booleaned it with a cylinder. AgentSmith, Bryce comes with a tire? Where is it? Ive never seen it (would have made my life easier) :-)
