man is this ever getting annoying... if you do your work so you can upload it to the galleries of a preodominantly Poser based site, you shouldn't be doing it at all. It's just a gallery, it literally means nothing whether you get 2 hits or 200 hits. No one ever (more often than not) says anything constructive anyways. Do your work for yourself, and refuse to give a shit about the amount of click-throughs. It's unwarranted strain on the brain dude.

render and save as a tif with or without an alpha channel. If it doesnt work, one of the two programs is messed up. reinstall and try again.

i hated the camera, it never worked proeprly (the shutter release was all screwy), so I mangled it beyond repair and turned it into a pinhole camera. I tore off the (welded on) lens (With great difficulty), and kept the shutter curtains. Behind the curtains I put a little piece of tinfoil with a small (though I thought it too big) pinhole. I shot half a roll of black and white film with it, and to my surprise, it actually worked. I shot a full roll of Kodak Ektachrome slide film while in mexico last summer, though i still haven't developed it. Prolly be a waste when i do, but hopefully someshots will have turned out, especially at Teotihacuan... link has the pics.Thread: new photo message board | Forum: Photography

at first glance i thought it was a set of Hot-Wheels toys or something going down a ramp... i need glasses, better cash in on the health plan at school soon.. honestly, the vividness of the rollers (the blue especially) along with the roll of paper, mainly the texture of the side of the roll, is marvelous. Perhaps slightly accentuating (typo?) it a bit? I dunno, just a thought. Digging the stone-like texture on the blue rollers. Two lines (non parallel) and two curves in this that stand out and compliment eachother nicely.

"Probably has an over justified ego, I say. Not to mention schizophrenic as hell, too." well, as long as it's justified. Hell isn't all it's cracked up to be though. I'm beginning to get an idea of who insaneheadcase is... who incidently spelt my name wrong...

this guy has 8 enlargers in his basement, all set up the exact same way. He rarely uses more than 4 for a print, but he doies every now and then. If you've ever seen The Outer Limits, that part in the opening credits with the house with roots growing out its bottom, was entirely based on a uelsmann photograph that was animated speciically for the show's opening credits. The guy was a madman. He used to teach at the University of Florida, though I think he's retired now. He is still printing new work incidently, hasn't stopped for almost 40 years. The guy is a master. It doesn't mean "better" grim, he's just been doing what many people though would only be possible (to achieve the effects as well as he does) if done in photoshop.... 3 decades before it was available. ficiticous smacks grim in the crotch, "Score another one for me" heh heh...
