Here's one of the places that a "Mark Thread Read" option would come in really handy, especially since edriver has been true to his/her word and not responded. :) ~Dave

That's exactly the coat/vest/shirt combo that I was trying to do with my "Oberon" character! When, Anton?!!! ~Dave

Wizzard. I'd be glad to recreate them for Webspinner's terrific project, but that may take some time. My wife and I share our 3.3gb harddrive and there's precious little room to store anything anymore. Hence, The image above is the only record of the figure. I tend to test ideas, then, knowing that whatever it is can be done if and when I need to, I chuck the pieces. I do my modelling in max, and would be glad to write a tutorial on the subject if you're interested (?). Will take some time, though, as I'm at the beginning of what might become a series of freelance projects. The majority of this weekend will involve housecleaning the hd. :) ~Dave

Thanks. I posed then exported each of the hands to 3ds, mucked with the mesh and brought them back in and tacked them to the wrists (hands and each finger joint visible/shadows off). They're non-poseable, though. Harryhausen has always been one of my faves. ~Dave

Thread: WIP Wemic with hair/tree thingy... | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
This kicks a$$ ! I've been a big fan of the wemic since the characte/monster first appeared in AD&D. Is it only the pose/camera angle, or should the shoulders be wider? ~Dave

Very very very very nice! If I may suggest one slight texture/bump thing (?) Perhaps a duller texture on and the implementation of bumpmaps for, the golden insignia might give them a less "pasted on" look? Great job, regardless :) ~Dave

Well,...I'd "like" to think I looked more like the guy I posted in Character creators when I showed up on that fateful night, bloodsong. Age, failing eyesight and a VGA monitor all tend to support that illusion. I'm checking out an Exorcist Antivirus prog as we speak, Scarab; and puhleeeeez! DON'T post any scans from your yearbook :) ~Dave
