Then friends explained that Joe is a good chap who has a reputation for employing reverse psychology, and that his main figures are V2 and V3.  :)

Anyone else get any joy with their downloads being fixed?

After almost a week I found a working email address and asked DAZ support for help.

Just got back a stock letter with general advice about clearing caches etc, which I'd been doing all week, and no reference to the problems we've been having with older files on the new store.

I wrote back, pointing them to this thread, and heard nothing since.

Same problem here.

Serenity Arches and Celestial, purchased over the weekend, won't run.

Meanwhile, Angel Noel, purchased in an earlier order, redownloads fine.

My own experience:

I was able to use PayPal to buy 2 older items last night.

Unfortunately, neither installer works.

I've tried the obvious - changing browser, clearing cache, using a different PC, resetting downloads etc.

Of course, there's currently no way to ask DAZ for help.

I would like to add my voice to the above.  I too find it difficult to tell which page I'm on.

Other than that, the site upgrade has worked well for me.

I don't know if it's true, but I heard that whether you get an email or not depends on whether sale is set to start  immediately, or scheduled for the furture.

I find it's only certain vendors I get this wishlist-spam from (by which I mean multiple emails for the same items).  I have 280 items in my wishlist, and don't seem to get emails for all the sales.

The vendors who do generate the wishlist spam get removed from my wishlist.  No matter how popular they are.

OK, I got sidetracked into this from a thread elsewhere.

As a Brit, I tend to use knickers to mean a somewhat  looser (though attractive) garment.  Not necessarily the huge baggies of old.  It also has a saucy connotation.

Panties I take to be a generally stretchy skin-tight garment (to my eyes a less attractive design).

And for some reason, while I don't mind 'panties', I hate the word 'panty'.

And while I've never heard them called 'crackers' I would understand the term 'undercrackers'.
