Ok got to the source of the problem, when assigning the body parts I was too literal to the M3 structure, so I simplified the cuts inj the cloth and it works, thanks for your help

It happens on both sides in the same place, I checked the grouping which seems fine, so when you say adjust the influence?

The results are perfect, heres a shot of a sprite created using studio and some of its content (for personal use only in modding a game)Thread: Shadows in Studio | Forum: DAZ|Studio
It does the job I need in aiding with sprite construction where I have set up a "studio" with 16 cams and use distant lighting with shadow maps.

I understand the above concept which works really well and looks good, but what I need is for just the Figure and shadow on the PNG export without the floor prop showing, ie I need to create an animated figure with shadow for a set of dds files so that the figure can be placed on any background no matter on the colour...

I actually have a similar but not the same query.
I want to crete shadows, I'm using a floor prop, however I want to export as a png without the floor prop showing just the model and its shadow...
Is this possible?

bwtr: I atually find HDRI lighting easier to use at the moment than spots as it gives me a more realistic render and appeals to my libran tendancy to laziness!

ok this looks pretty cool but im having similar problem to brokenangel, once imported into C^ im geting squares rather than leaves even though i loaded the texture and trans map. Am i missing something.
Also i dont seem to get textures while in the application itself?
Any ideas...
