Thanks for your answers so far :) :)
I already use an old version of C4D for logos, but the text tool in Vue looks fabulous..

Thread: Poser Newbie question: Do any other render engines read .PZ3? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
If you want to see povray in action, I've got some povray renders of poser scenes in my gallery : the pics named "power ball 2", "german" and "huuuge". I've also two other povray scenes : "trees" is a pure povray scene and "cartoon" uses another modeler. You can compare "german" and "german 2", #2 was rendered with cinema4d. Problem with povray and poseray is that poseray messes a little with some textures, it's not so easy to obtain a correct export of all the texs in one step. But if you are patient enough, it can be worth it :))

There are two utilities that allow you to import poser anims into bryce and max : maximum pose and natural pose. You can try exporting obj (wavefront) files and load them into bryce too.

That's what I wanted to ask too... And I was wondering if the hair would be using dynamics as well !

To agree with Nr Mongo in Post #3 : I think it won't be so difficult to adapt existing clothing to dynamics. Geometries are the same( maybe a few more density in th mesh, yep ), let's wait and see how P5 will handle dynamic clothes, huh ?

I don't know how it works with moray, but when you use Poseray, it converts to .pov files using smooth triangles that make the model look soft. Poseray can create Moray's .udo files, you should try this.

Yes, maybe poseray is the solution, but it's not perfect. On the other hand, povray is a powerful tool. Superb procedural textures, atmospheric effects, radiosity, caustics...

I've made some tests with povray... free, yes, but not easy to learn and to use. Maybe I'll post some povray renders someday, but it's damn too slow to create something with it !

I agree with you, we have great artists in the galleries, no doubt. I'm admirative when I see what Voodoo or others are able to produce with Photoshop and Painter.

I completely agree with KateTheShrew about Fashion and Style... That's why I think the first thing to do is to replace the "vote for this pic " button with a"I like this pic" button. The purpose of voting should not be to make this pic go into the Hot20 but just to say you appreciate the artist's job :)
