I don't have a time frame on them. We're working on them, but I hate to put out dates and then not make them.
You need the head morphs for M3, and V4 depends. On her, she only works if you have V4, not V4.1.
V4.1 changed how the morphs are setup, fairly dramatically, and are causing us some additional issues with the talk designer expansion. That is another one of our projects, is trying to find a way to work within the new setup, so she will work properly.

Thread: Michael 3 and Victoria 4 not blinking | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
The reason you are not seeing blinking yet, is that none of the DAZ figures have a blink morph. They have individual eye blinks, not both at once.
We're currently working on adding morphs to the package that will include full blinks for the most popular DAZ figures, we just haven't finished them yet. When they are done, it will be a free update to the package.
As for the emotion sliders, only face room supported characters can work with those sliders currently. So the DAZ figures currently don't work with the emotion sliders. We're investigating ways around that issue too.

Thread: Vendors please! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
That one probably did fall under the new "she looks like a child so no nudity" rules.
I agree, it makes it harder to judge a texture, but that are the rules the vendors get to play by now.

I've done just what you speak of, without any form of issues.
I move the model, resize the models, rotate the models. Not a single problem on the textures.
There is a brief pause, as it updates things, are you sure you're not confusing the update with a permanent situation? Or are you just going off someone elses video?

I'm not sure what you mean it degrades your texture map.
I've done extensive resizing without any issues. You just have to give Photoshop time to recalculate the texture map.

You would still need to re-attach the textures after importing them to DAZ Studio, for the textures to export to U3D format.
I would think it would be easier to find a way to do the obj export plus the material file than go through so many steps.

You need to also have a material file (mtl) for an OBJ file to import correctly with textures.
I don't have Maya, so I don't know how you would do that within Maya.

You do File, Import, Video Frames to Layers. Opens up the video file as a layered PSD.
And it doesn't have to be .mov, that is just one format it allows. It can be pretty much any movie format.

Thread: Problems with Vista? | Forum: Photoshop
You probably need to run the install as an admin.
Right click on the install program, and run it as an admin, see if that fixes the issue.

You can cast shadows in CS3 without any additional plugins.
You just use the layer styles and use the drop shadow choice.
Works great!

I'm not sure what you mean by it being time consuming to save in Photoshop. You hit ctrl-s and you've saved the texture.
But most of the CS3 model support, is for those using 3D elements in their document, not to replace a 3D application.

It's actually a fairly simple system.
It just opens the texture as a seperate image, when you are done you save the image and it retextures the obj file.
The videos mentioned above do a great job of showing it all off.

You don't paint directly on the figure like you would with Bodypaint, but you can edit the 2d texture and see the immediate results on the figure.

Photoshop CS2 and Vista didn't work together on my machine.
CS3 works great with Vista.

The OBJ exporter for Poser works fine for me. Does a nice job of exporting the OBJ, a material file, and the textures.
