STORM: " I have no real experience of US law...."
Spiffiness!!
STORM: ""5. General Prohibitions
Sherman Act 1 states that "Every contract, combination in the form of trust or otherwise, or conspiracy, in restraint of trade or commerce among the several states, or with foreign nations, is declared to be illegal." Sherman Act 2 makes it unlawful to "monopolize, or attempt to monopolize, or combine or conspire with any other person or persons, to monopolize any part of the trade or commerce among the several states, or with foreign nations." The Federal Trade Commission Act 5 prohibits "unfair methods of competition in or affecting commerce." #
If it only applies to Corporations whay are they penalties for individuals....."
Maybe I can offer a suggestion...oh and by the way, IANAL-IOPOIYN.
Ok, remember that big power grid black-out in the summer of 2003 that happened in the northeastern parts of the US and some of Canada? Imagine me who lives near the river in Michigan and my Canadian buddy on the other side of said river were the only ones with fresh water, any kind of generator power or ice making abilities. We got together and hooked it up so that anyone who wanted ice had to go through us in some form ....and we charged out the wazoo for it. Then some folks manage to get some generators for making ice, but we still have the only water so we make it hard for them to get quantities of water unless they give up a portion of their ice to us. We sort of become a small international price gouging monopoly...and piss off the Feds big time.
It's rare that individuals get big enough to annoy the Feds enough to envok the Sherm though.
But lets check the rules on the average contract...
Every contract needs six elements to be binding.
capacity to contract...ya both of legal age?...ya not insane? ...good, lets go...
an offer....ok.....got that, it's people skins (the resource pack) in trade for frog skins (dollars) ...check
legality....hmmm....they're original pieces and not rips of someone elses...ok it's cool
agreement between the parties to the contract....a person can use to make different people skins to sell but not give away...so far so good...check
an acceptance of that offer.... The buyer thinks 'neato' and gives up the frogs saying yes I wannit, goes to check-out and hit 'accept'...yup...got acceptance...check
consideration exchanged.....the buyer's frog skins go into the merchant's account...consider it exchanged....contract fullfilled and bound.

"In this country and most others, businesses have significant flexibility in setting the terms of their contracts. Contracts are, in a sense, private law created by the agreement of the parties. The rights and obligations of the parties are determined by the contract's terms, subject to limits imposed by relevant statutes."
http://profs.lp.findlaw.com/contracts/contract_2.html
*"The process of writing down the contract's terms and signing the contract forces both parties to think about - and be precise about - the obligations they are undertaking. With an oral contract, it is too easy for both parties to say "yes" and then have second thoughts.
When the terms of a contract are written down, the parties are likely to create a more complete and thorough agreement than they would by oral agreement. A hastily made oral agreement is likely to have gaps that will have to be resolved later - when the relationship may have deteriorated.
With an oral contact, the parties may have different recollections of what they agreed on (just as two witnesses to a car accident will disagree over what happened). A written agreement eliminates disputes over who promised what.
Some types of contracts must be in writing to be enforced. The Copyright Act requires a copyright assignment or exclusive license to be in writing (see "Assignments" and "Licenses" in the Ownership of Copyright Law Summary). State law requirements vary from state to state, but in most states, a contract for the sale of goods for $500 or more must be in writing. "*
Ok so lets check out the Licenses part of Copyrights.......
http://profs.lp.findlaw.com/copyown/copyown_6.html
*Ownership of Copyrights
"Licenses
A license is a copyright owner's grant of permission to use a copyrighted work in a way that would otherwise be copyright infringement. A copyright owner who grants a license is known as a licensor. A party receiving a license is known as a licensee.
Implied in every license is a promise by the licensor to refrain from suing the licensee for infringement based on activities within the scope of the license.
A copyright license can be exclusive or nonexclusive. An exclusive license is a license that does not overlap another grant of rights.
Example: Author granted Publisher the exclusive right to sell Author's novel in the United States. She granted Movie Developer the exclusive right to create and distribute a movie version of the novel. Both Publisher and Developer have exclusive licenses. There is no overlap between the two licenses.
Under copyright law, an exclusive license is considered a transfer of copyright ownership. An exclusive license, like an assignment, is not valid unless it is in writing and signed by the owner of the rights conveyed. A nonexclusive license is valid even if it is not in writing.
An exclusive license, like an assignment, can be recorded in the Copyright Office to give constructive notice. Recording the exclusive license protects the license against unrecorded earlier transfers of copyright ownership and against later transfers."*
This one section bears repeating....
".....based on activities within the scope of the license."
Interesting isn't it?

Did you happen to buy the texture package for M3? If you only downloaded the free M3, then you only got the base figure with no textures...which could be why you can't find them.

Look for: M3_TransTrHI.jpg (for the high res, lo res may be different) Or any variation thereof in your textures folder. Textures > DAZ > Characters > MilMan > M3Maps
