Very Nice Dal. Glad to cya arrive back with such style. Nice perspective. Perhaps the only thing which bothers me is not being able to see the hilt of her sword and that might be my monitor Tartan :)

Thread: My new graphic novel: David Row | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
A.A. well written as usual... I don't know how you juggle so many damn projects at once...:) Jace's Planet and Bridgeworld are taxing me to my limits.. so much so that I may tie them together. (been doing a lotta rewriting of old stuff) I think that Row has elements in common with Pieces but I like the different (and sorcerous) direction. Chinese mythology has a lot of strength and power and I am interested in seeing you plumb its depths. Looking forward to see more. While I was there I went ahead and reread the Short story section. There is something of Fritz Leiber and Zelazny in the Pendella trilogy. It seems to me that you could write a few more with a story arc and collate them into a short story collection not unlike Zelaznys "Dilvish the Damned" all tied together in Dilvishs case by his vendetta against the sorceror Jelerak. keep up the good work Tartan :) "You know captain they say that time is the fire in which we burn" (only decent scene in Star Trek Generations;)

Sewer, I just checked out Cafe3D where these models used to be also and they weren't there. I would be glad to post them but I think I would rather ask Bill first and will be sending him an email about it later. Personally I don't think he will have any objections but its best to make sure. Tartan

Thread: Lizard man figures? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
ummm There is a Lizard Man figure that could be sliced up. It was created by Bill Fleming. One of our members turned another of his meshes into poser format and made it posable. After he had done that somebody posted to the forum as Bill Fleming and protested. As it turned out, it wasn't and I was contacted by the real Bill Fleming who is a pretty nice fellow besides being one of the best 3d masters on the planet. He didn't have a problem with it and when I asked him about his Troll, Lizardman and Dragonman he said no problem with that either. As long as it wasnt put in a cd collection and sold.. go for it..:) I believe you can eventually find your way using this link but I am about to check it out and will let you know how to get to the meshes. SewerRat thats looking really good.. don't give up now Hope your hand feels better Tartan :) http://www.3dcreatureworkshop.com/creaturehome.html

Thread: Anyone here ever use the Cybermesh filter....??? | Forum: Photoshop
btw.. there is more detailed info at their site. Found out that yes there is a mac version. http://www.puffindesigns.com/products/cybermesh.html There are demos available. Here is what they have to say: CyberMesh is an Adobe Photoshop plug-in module that allows you to save grayscale images as 3-D models. Cybermesh lets youuse the full arsenal of Photoshop's painting and image processing tools to generate and modify 3-D model. CyberMesh works by interpreting the gray levels of an image as heights - defining black as the lowest and white as the highest CyberMesh then creates a mesh in which each pixel represents the vertex of a polygon and is placed according to it's source brightness. Flat images are extruded into 3-D space as models using one of three coordinate systems: rectangular, cylindrical, or spherical. CyberMesh is useful for making models of shapes that consist of a large number of regularly spaced polygons - such as terrain maps. Traditional modeling programs provide only rudimentary tools for generating and editing these sorts of shapes. With CyberMesh, anything you can do to an image can be done to a 3-D model. You can use Photoshop to paint height values, blur (smooth) areas together, punch holes in the mesh, cut and paste, resample meshes, and perform geometric distortions on your models. Models can then be saved in DXF, FACT, 3D Studio, and Wavefront OBJ file formats. Sprite I will be testing it out later and let ya know the results Tartan :)
