Censorship at Renderosity. This is a complete condradiction considering that fact that 90% of everything i see here, in the marketplace in particular is smut. I only visit here to see some of the less radical art.

How is this any better then what AsileFX did already?

I think all that the clouds sets are really missing is levels of internal greys that are quite common in real clouds and there is too much high contrast in the highlighted parts that needs to be toned down some. Other then that get some blended cirrus on the tops of the anvil and it's good to go i think.

Sediment flow. Where? I did not hear or see that anywhere. Sounds nifty though.

As USB thumb drives and the newer solid state drives become affordable in the near future i think one should back up three copies of everything just to be safe. Luckly thumb drives are becoming cheeper and bigger as of current.

Hey Mazak, please tell me you can add more then one planetary body in the scene. I want to see a few moons in the skies at ground level or a nifty sci-fi scene in space.

Unless one can clothify any imported mesh and create dynamic hair from scratch Poser is still of use to those that need these features.

I think Geek@Play are in bed with "everyones" favorite texture software Filter Forge. Still, it would be nice to be fair and acknowledge that Genetica 3 is just as powerful and more in many areas.

Pixar look... I tell you all what. Contact an employee who works at Pixar and ask for there in-house secrets to be revealed to the public and then you all can get that Pixar look. It's not even as easy as some are making it out to be which is why Pixar is still in bussiness and making quality film works. Renderman is just one step, then you got Maya, Houdini, Modo, in-house software etc... there hardware, $$$, render farms and a hell of alot of talent.

Nothing fishy about it. The developers had to re-do the mesh for many improvements. There re-doing the pose engine as well. The idea is to prefect the mesh more or less, to get the anatomy as close to accurate as possible. The new mesh will far out weigh the old mesh so you don't need the old mesh. I would imagine the muscle achetechture was probably worked on as well.
