I turned the mirror a little and now she's reflected in the lower half of the mirror.  Now I'll try to tilt the mirror or the camera to get the reflection higher. Good idea to try out the reflections with primitives before rendering the high res figures. I'm a little embarassed, that I didn't think of this. ;)

If her BMI is under 10 she may be banned from the catwalks. That brings me to another idea. If existing clothes were turned into dynamic clothes they should hang around her pretty well without need for updates.

Got pretty depressed, when the Elite Products turned up in the store. A bundle for fifty bucks. The three morphs alone for fifteen (if you are a member). Special texture sets for the special morphs - do existing V4 textures not work with the new mophs? And lots of upgrades for existing clothes that have to be paid for. Too much costs for too little known about assets.

Glad I read this thread and learned about laser-sculpting, professional needs and more details about the Elite products. Confirmed my descision, that I don't need them. Never was one for elitism anyway. ;)

Save before loading an unknown object. Save before changing the light setting. Save before starting the render. Save after posing 26 finger joints. Maybe even in between.
I would have spared me many frustration, if I always had done so. ;)

I've experienced all of the mentioned scenarios, the long search, the full lock-ups, the hidden windows, the recovery of Poser when threatened with "End task". Don't we all love Poser?

Since Poser 7 it sometimes works to cancel Poser's search for textures, but not in all cases. So now I always apply any texture, if asked for a missing one. Mostly I just take the ground texture. When Poser is done with looking for missing files, I install the missing textures or make them or point the shaders to other textures.

At first I thought, the reviving of artzone aimed at concurring with DeviantArt. But now, after the shop has appeared it seems clear that artzone's main purpose was to concentrate more merchandise under the reign of DAZ. Or to say in other words, to make more money. Nothing wrong with that, but like Anton said, there may be some snags. And I still don't get, why DAZ  creates a whole new playground just to sell more different items. 

I'm not a vendor, so I will only have to decide, if I use the site or not. At the current state, I don't like it very much. I registered, when it first came out and deleted my account soon after, because the place looked like yahoo groups and/or a dating site. Now I've registered again and the whole site still looks like yahoo groups and not very safe to me. At the moment, I don't know, why I should frequent it.

About the TOS: at DAZ was a discussion about pretty ridiculous gallery terms. It was like, if you post an image at artzone they will own your soul or a pound of your flesh. ;) Don't know if they changed these terms by now.

In the M3 character library is a character called "Mike 3 to Mike 2 ". This is Mike3's head on Mike2's body, as far as I know. If you use this, you should be able to use Mike2 clothings and Mike3 headmorphs.

The product description says:

I try to credit  all the stuff I used, because I understand what 76claudia2205 means. Often enough I see some item I like in an image and refer to the credits to find out who made it, and where to get it. So I'm thankful for the advertising. And I like to appreciate the good work of vendors and freestuff contributors by crediting them. But I don't feel obliged to credit. After all it's Poser we talk about and no one will assume I modelled a dress or a chair by myself. Or a cube. ;)
