Hello, I dont post much, but i liked this thread. At the moment I am working on a mixed African-American character and also some props for him.

 You can see it better here, the nose is the best example. You can see the bulging in picture 1 and in picture 2 it is shown how it should be.

 I think Atpo means in his other post, that the skin scales for the tattoo are not right, he textures them at a large size and in poser it appears small and out of scale. This is due to the uv map of the models. they are out of proportion. You can only correct that in a software wich has projection paint mode( deep paint 3d, zbrush, bodypaint3d). I think he has number 1 and wants number 2 in this picture i made quickly to show you. The scales on number 1 are not normal, the tan line is wacky and the tattoo and tummy is stretched, while on number 2 there is minimal to no stretching( due to projection painting).

out of touch had a character/hair that looked like madonna. maybe you can contact them?
