I assume you're talking about when Poser is loading, you get a message that says something like "cannot read AS...32.dll" when it's load the FF_LW and FF-OBJ plugins? If that's your case, I've been getting that error for 6 of the plugins for some time now. Reinstalling over and over didn't work, so I finally reformatted last night and that seems to have fixed it. Running on Win2K Pro with Pro Pack, BTW. Daeve

Actualy I find WinRar to be much more reliable than WinZip. I download stuff on my brother's computer then compress them to burn on CD to take to mine (no internet connection). I have been getting lots of bad CRC errors with zips that way, and can always open them fine with WinRar. I find zips OK for small files, but anything over 10 megs rar is better. (Opinion only - not based on any factual knowledge.) Daeve

I don't use Anim8tor, I use Lightwave, so here is the Lightwave explaination : The polygons you can't see are facing the wrong way, and are not double-sided. Meaning, you can only see the ploys from one side, and it's not the side you're looking at. In LW, you simply select the polys and 'flip', or make the polys double sided. If you can find Anim8tor's version of the 'flip' command, you'll be set. Unless an Anim8tor user comes along a explains it better. Daeve

Very nice, but I have one gripe. It looks as though the ring is about 8 feet by 8 feet. Standard WWF rings are 16x16, WCW rings were 12x12, and ECW rings were 10x10 (at their smallest). Average size of a Japanese ring is 15x15, with All-Japan and New Japan sometimes going a bit larger. Yes, I watch WAY too much wrestling. Daeve

2 weeks ago I grabbed the ATI Radeon 64MB DDR, and it's still blowing me away. One of the first things I did with it was load up Poser and place Renapd's Andulisa (sp?) Victoria in a scene, which brought my old 16MB card to a halt, and it rendered in seconds. The price was great as well, at $350 Canadian. Check out their site for more info. Daeve

I had the same problems when I first got him...I just deleted the RSR files and everything was ok. Hope this helps Daeve

There are a few BVH's around if you look hard enough, or if you have Character Studio there's a bunch included with it that work in Poser. Daeve
