Hello all I'm surprise you talk about victoria 2 cause with my french poser4 version i have any problemes. But with Victoria 3 ouch a lot lot problems. I contact Daz for that and i wait again a correct respons. I imagine germany poser have similar problem and other contry they dont have an englisg version of poser. The real problem it's i buy all face morph and body morph for victoria5 and all line in cr2 search the files in fordels don't exist in french version. Try to change folder in english vetrsion is not ok. There is alot lines to change more than 5000 and really if i must make the work of daz i said NO! So perhaps i must becoming american and buy only american product, but not reallt thanks :) Hope there is soon a real solution to this problem, and hope in the futur, the other products are no similar, or by by Daz. Andreas yes I heard that there is no good compatibility beetween uf2 and uf3, it's little damage. I think I must learn new using UF and after it's ok, but for the moment i rediscover UF and I discover Apophysis, but I have a little problem with it. Have a nice day. Laurent

Hi to all fractaliser friends :) For the creation of my pict i don't drink but in the past I smoke a lot (I stop since 2 years :) and not only cigarette :) For the music I heard essentially Chill Out trance techno ambient music of Spirit Zone record (Gabriel le mar,electric universe, patchwork, astralasia, etc...) for the fractal creation. For Vue d'exprit and poser I heard Hard core punk rock music (bad religion, ramones,bouncing souls etc...), two opposite music for two different style. The night is sure the better moment to creation, with some incens (santal wood or lotus) burning near me. A soft light and lets go :)

AMULET. Intersting deal :) I want to know what you know about Ultra Fractal. Have you make something or you understand nothing to this software? Have you see the Tutorial in the Janet Preslar web site? http://www.parkenet.org/jp/ufresources.html and http://www.parkenet.org/jp/uftranslations.html If after that you make nothing we can try to this forum to explain the base of Ultra Fractal, how create the first layer. For starting open Frax flame (hum sometime I'm hyper logical ;))

1: click with the mouse on the right or left part of the TOP accolade and move the mouse in right or feft corner.

2:click inside the gradient you selection with the accolade and change the colors. (if you don't want change why you open frax flame? ;))

3:it's the result "WOW it's beautifull ;)"

4:move the accolade with the top of the accolade with the mouse in right or left corner to change again and again and again the gradients (don't forget to save your presets gradient.

But it's sure I prefer the Gradient lab of Ultra Fractal :)) AMULET: About Xenodream i don't found a tutorial simple to explain the base of this software, with a lot sreen shot for explanation. When I see Translation of ULTRA FRACTAL in French version I said "yeh this software is for me" :)) And for Frax Flame I create a tutorial and presets in english and French versions for all users. Tutorial is very important to lunch some people in a futur creation and appreciate correctly a software. I'm patient and perhaps one day a tutorial for dummies for Xeno appears by miracle in the web ;)) Have a nice week all. Laurent

Hello to all. About Fractal software i start with Fractint dos, and after Stephen software Sterling Ware, Tierra zon and Graz Z Vizion, 3 excellent software for beginner ad confirmed artists. After I use Frax flame of Kpt5 and Ultra Fractal , certainly the 2 software I prefer. I try Xenodream but I understand nothing to this software , so I don't use it :(( I use Quaternion Quasz, an excellent software for 3D fractal and with the possibilities to import in Bryce or Vue d'esprit. The advantage of Ultra Fractal is all people as Andreas who create a lot equation and system of colorisation, and all month there is new possibilities. When we can see the work here we have the proof this software have great diversity and possibilities. Have fun with your fractal software :) Laurent

Hello to everybody :) Interseting subject, after a quick babelfish translator to understand the real substance of your messages, i can see we have the same enigm in our heads :) I agree with Ray about some people see your gallery but not fractaliser and it's certainly the better viewer with best critic as us. We (fractaliser) have a vision very different to a layman (not sure the word is appropriate). We can see how a person create a fractal, or a little idea and we can say in iour head "humm good effect with this filter , intersteing colors with overlay, etc..." but a layman see nothing to that. He said only "wonderfull" or "berkk it's not good" but he don't know if it's hard or easy to obtain a fractal. For exemple since 2 day i receive 2 message in mail tio said me "magical picture , how create that". I explain with all reference of different software and i don't know if the persons search more information or if they said "ouch to hard for me" but it's certainly the best feedback we can receive when we can make some emolation to others. I remember when I start Ultra Fractal I see some gallery and it's certainly a lot people i can see the work they emulate me to continued to use this software (not easy for a frenchy ;)) Well, about feedback we can receive here it's a good thing too, but if you like a pict you post , but you don't have a feedback, it's not a bad picture, it's a part of you, it's you, and if you like it it's essential. There is no beauty and no horror, and some day we appreciate a certain style cause we are enjoy or sad, and some day we prefer other colors and style cause we have different feeling. Hi Tina Your question is very intersting. i create poster 60x80cm with Ultra Fractal and witha lot post processing. There is no probleem if you havea lot ram memorie (256 is ok). I can make 10 layers without probleem (and with little patient) with a P3 double copro NT windows and same result with p4 win98. Becarefull if you use some filters in photoshop or paint shop pro, some result are different beetween a 800x600 pict and 9450x7090. For exemple Frax flame can't make a good result i can use only 30x40cm with difficulty. In a CD i can put 3picture in PSD format, and after for the printer i use JPG file i high quality without compression and i can put 25 pictsper CD.
