OK, I appreciate it. I wasn't sure if it was in fact video screen capture software that I was seeing or some composite of actual videotaping, or maybe even some kind of special hardware doohickeys.

You know, it's occurred to me that all the hidden info could fill a whole book.
Yeah, a book...with an included CD.... ...or maybe a magazine, with a regular monthly installment of newly-Hidden Links...

Thread: Question @ Blackhearted (or someone who has GND2) | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I don't know much about P5 0r P6, but in P4 PPP (Damn, it's so complicated communicating, LOL!), as far as I know the only things that can be turned off/altered/exported are body parts. Such as the Head. Teeth, tongue, lacrimal, nostrils, etc., are materials and not parts, but necessarty parts of the Head mesh. If there's a way to separate materials from meshes in Poser 4 PPP, I have no idea, but would love to hear about it if it's possible. * Oh, and, no, it's not possible to clothe V3, so don't even try; she was born to be nude. :)

*Sorry this has nothing to do with clothing V3. ;)

Hmmm... You're talking poser technical stuff... I don't know. What I did was to open V3's mouth, so the teeth get a little separated, then exported the head as .obj, NOT "as morph target". Imported it into LightWave and selected the teeth and gums materials and copied/pasted them into their own layer. Then applied the .OBJ UV textures to them, added a "dummy" prop as a mid-point, re-imported into PPP and added bones for the "dummy", Upper teeth, and Lower teeth. Then, parented the body of that figure to the head of V3. Dd the same for the tongue, but no "dummy" needed. I have no idea how to do it with just Poser.

One of my alltime favorite movies, with one of my alltime favorite actors! Pacino, not the ape. ;) (Although in the original movie, Keannu Reeve's southern accent was completely wrong for a native of Gainesville, Florida --- I would know, cause I lived there) Anyhow, cool animation, and interpretation. I enjoyed this. :)
Thread: "Open Source" Textures for V3 | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I got an IM from someone asking if I could do veins, and that's what got me behind, working on that.
I'd love to see the "open source" idea catch on - get more people involved in creating and not just buying and rendering.
As for "items", the best thing I could think of would be if alot of people altered it, used it in renders and uploaded the pictures, crediting the concept along with a link to either the original, or their own version of it, to get more people interested.
Alot of people have downloaded it, and if even a small percentage of those are working on it, that will make for alot of different interpretations, if they upload their results.

Well, a MAT pose is a good alternative, which you can make either in a text editor, or with a program such as Mat Pose Editor. MPE is quicker than using NotePad, but still requires everything set up. It's faster than doing it in Poser, though. I don't know anything about scripting, but I don't think it could be done, unless all the textures were named as the script expected them to be; you'd probably have to write a new script for every new texture package, which would take even longer than doing it any other way. Of course, I'm no programmer, so I'm just ASSuming it would be that way. I got behind schedule on my next uploads, but I'll include MAT pose files for them.

Glad you like it. :) I don't think it'll get locked and tossed; I would hope they have a sense of humor around here. I would think they'd NEED it dealing with us mutants. ;)
