Thread: A4 Skyhawk | Forum: MarketPlace Showcase
I second the A-10 request. If you need any links for it just let me know, because I keep tabs on it regularly. Great job on the A4!
Cheers,
James
Thread: PhotoRealism....why don't we have it yet? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Robo2010 said> Quote - Animating is my dream, but I haven't even done so yet due to poser(6) issues. And the cost to go to school here is tremendous. Only my avatar is the furthest for animating.
Are you a student in school/college? If so most companies usually offer student discounts. For instance since I'm in school I bought Poser 6 for $135 and I also bought Lightwave 3D 8.5 for $195. Right now at the same store I made my purchases at they’re offering 3D Studio Max 8 for $179. The website is: http://www.academicsuperstore.com/

martial: Cool looking fire in the background. Was all of that done with the Particles product? I'd like to see some more of your visual effects that can be achieved with Particles 3 if you don't mind.
I went over to some different web sites looking for a tutorial for this Particles product, but I couldn't find any tutorials anywhere. Can one of you point me in the right direction with a link? It would be appreciated.

Thank you for your input. I'm gonna go check out PoserWorks for their tutorials on it. Thanks again.

I agree with both of you. It seems like none of us wants to be the first one that charge it to the credit card. We are all looking for someone else's outcome with the product first. Too bad there isn't a review service like there is for cars and computers that will give us an unbiased opinion of the pros and cons of each product.

Your work is amazing! And the coolest thing is that you don't charge people to use your awesome creations! I look forward to using this in the future. One thing that I think would be cool for the office environment is a long silky or plush scarf. And I think it would look cool as dynamic clothing as well.

Geez 40+ runtimes, I'm affraid to count mine. I really apreciate your input everybody. I'll give these ideas a thought, because I'm thinking about redoing my hard drive soon. And I doubt that I'll be installing so much stuff in to the Poser directory as I have in it this time.

Thread: Faster renders with a better VIDEO CARD??? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Hawkfyr: thanks for answering the question for me. I logged off early last night for some new years eve "fun"! :woot:
ScotHarvest: To further explain Hawkfyr's answer about what an AGP slot is, AGP stands for Advanced Graphics Port because it provides a faster bandwidth than the PCI slot for the video card to display the images to your monitor.
