The out of bounds photo is nifty. I've been wanting to try that sometime to see how it would turn out on a few photos of mine.

Like the selectiv coloring on the car! Really draws your eyes to it, and makes you wonder what's going on.

Here's a quick edit I did. I wanted to give it a tiltshift sort of feel.

When I saw your Self post in the gallery, Crystal, I thought it was meant for here! Well done!
Good to see you Andrew! Add a captain's cap and a pipe and you could be Captain Haddock from the Adventures of Tintin!

It does! My husband was saying the cloud was having a bad day and just did not want to be a fluffy cloud. :P

Not really a selfie. But this was taken with my iPhone. I found this cloud quite odd. I guess this cloud decided it did not want to be round and fluffy. So vertical and sharp was the way to go! lol
Thread: Help deciding New Wide Angle Lens | Forum: Photography
You have a crop body so that is something to consider when buying lenses. The 24mm on a crop body would come to about 38mm, and the 35mm would come to about 56mm. The ideal portrait lens for a lot of people is 50mm. I dislike it personally, and use my 85mm more than anything, but that's my opnion lol.
So, if you want to do portraits I suggest going with the 35mm.
If you're looking to do landscapes the crop factor is something you need to consider as well. As stated above the lenses, in my opinion, would not be wide enough. The 24mm might, but I would say something around 18mm-35mm would be the best bet for landscapes.
I would also suggest looking at both the canon 50mm 1.4 and 1.8. The 1.4 is incredibily soft for the price they're selling it. That and the CA you see wide open, it's not worth the money. If you're looking for a good 50mm I would go with the new Sigma 50mm. 1.4 ART lens. Though it is very pricey, it is as good, if not better than the 1.2L lens from Canon. Also to add, the 50mm will come out to about 80mm on a crop body, so you're close to 85mm which is what I like when it comes to portraits.

I've used it for both my 60D and just got it on my 6D. It's great for doing RAW video. I used it mainly for HDR bracketing on my 60D. I need to play around with it on the 6D. But ML is awesome.
