Hmm, I really haven't noticed any significant increase in render times as such. I don't think it's more than 30-50 seconds extra...Atleast not on my rig. But 2048 does look a lot better than the other sizes, but for real closeups, it's still not enough. Hmm, I wonder if you can set it higher than 2048... I believe I shall attempt it! Perhaps 4096, neh?! Regards Ronin

Great work, Ik:) I think that you should be glad that your name isn't Will. If it was, the last thing you would hear after your wife read this post would be:"Fire at Will!!!" :0 What can I say but: Run, Will, run!!! Semper Fi Ronin

Great work Rob:) I especially like the tormented faces in the roiling cloud, I can damn near see them move! The Rivers edge is excellent too, a great composition. There is one thing that's nagging at my subconscious mind. The man's pose seems a bit...off?! I can't quite put my finger on it and I could be wrong, but it kinda seems to me that his right arm is too...light. It's like the axe doesn't weigh anything. I know, it's a minute detail, but it just kept nagging at me:) Oh, and the hills seem a bit...smooth?! Aww, to hell with it. Ignore me, it's a great pic. I'm just being a pain in the ass! Keep up the great work:) Regards Ronin

Hmm, speaking of physics, the barrels rotate at 600,000 rpm's, which would make it insanely difficult to handle due to the centrifugal force generated by the barrels. They would work like a gyroscope. The rate of fire isn't important, the velocity with which the bullet leaves the barrel is! And at 960,000 thousand rounds a second, the bullets would have to travel pretty damn fast just to get out of the barrel in time to avoid hitting the previous bullet in the ass:) To put it shortly, this gun could probably prove to be humanity's only real chance of ever leaving the solar system. It would make one hell of an efficient reaction drive:) Please, don't take this the wrong way, Pan, It's a wellmade prop, but I seriously consider lowering the specs on this baby, before somebody fires it and accidentally pushes the Earth out of orbit!!! Keep up the great work:) Regards Ronin

Poser figures were also used for the intro movie for the game Expendable. They were even animated in Poser and then rendered in some other program, can't remember which. regards Ronin

Hmm, Pretty good, Anson, although this much Photoshop is almost cheating;) Btw, the hair style isn't japanese, it's chinese. Coldrake isn't all that far off, calling it Manchurian:) Regards Ronin
Thread: Poser 4 Clothing - Exporting to Bryce | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Nope, I can assure you guys that it isn't 3D Explorer that is causing the errors. I had the errors before I installed it! But what I have also discovered is problems exporting with .3ds props. Poser simply doesn't export them at all. There is one thing that you can do and that is export them one at a time. Tedious I know, but if you export only the skirt and then export the figure they usually won't give you the "invalid format" error. Good luck! Regards Ronin
