Although the blue appears brighter, the green is "murkier" and much more realistic.....Green

I believe the rocks are just some standard rocks with textures. The far background is a hill or mountain. There are some ruins of some sort to the left and the temple to the right reminds me of images/models I saw in the Bryce 4 users guide. So, who knows, probably some custom modelling they did. or perhaps bits and pieces put together from DAZ and other sources. In any case, the image on the DVD is pretty small as well, but, pretty cool to see Bryce in the real world. I believe a couple years ago a band on the Magna Carta label used some Bryce work as well.

....and to think , they were founded by members of the metal band Savatage. Excellent band, and working in a music store...I can tell ya' these guys sell tons of CD's every year.

ahhh, the dreaded Vikings. I'm originally from Wisconsin, which means I'm a "cheesehead" and a Packers fan, although, now I live in suburban Chicago, which means I like the Bears as well; as long as they aren't playing the Pack.....and hey, who do the Bills and Vikings have? At least the Packers have Brett Favre and the storied Lambeau Field, and their own Hall of Fame.....and the Super Bowl trophy is named for Vince Lombardi....sorry Tom, but folks from the UK gotta as they said in the 70's....."back the pack"....muwhahaha.....so what if they miss the playoffs this year.

yeah, I agree with sackrat. Just ask Tom how many dumb questions I've asked him over the last three years...if it wasn't for Tom, I'd still probably doing spheres over water....now pass the turkey.

Excellent work Bandolin. These will come in super handy for my fantasy series I'm working on. By the way, excellent cows can be found at Lyne's Creations,or her store at vistainternetproducts.com. You have to buy the calf first, then the expansions. A bit pricey, but the products all look really nice.

Nice selection of works Rod. There is such a great abundance of talent here at R'osity. I agree, this is better than the Hot 20 in most regards.

Sorry to hear about the spot your in Bandolin. All will work in your favor and you'll move to fight another day. I know where you're at. Although, I won't be the only one losing my job.......love technology, hate what it's done to the music industry, although the industry should have seen it coming. I work in music retail, and at the end of December we're closing down after 31 years, and as much as I would love to just find a new career tomorrow, it's kind of tough when your in-laws are also your employer...so I have to ride it out to the end whether I want to or not. The worst predicament is they feel they can't run the store properly unless I happen to be there, since I instituted quite a lot of their day to day protocol and operations over the years.....damn the loyalty...lol. Good luck and hang tough.

You can also look for royc8's basic forest over at 3dcommune. It's a nice simple terrain with a bunch of 2D trees, you can just duplicate the trees for more depth.
