JAG, do you have by any change External Binaries on in General Preferences on? If so, see if it makes any difference if you turn it off.

You can load but not save with a UNC parht (servernamefolder). This has never been possible. To save to the server, map that parent folder to a drive letter and load that as runtime. Here you can load and save from Poser.
Indeed, the server location is mounted as a drive letter, but when I add the runtime to Poser it is handled this way (by Poser). I'm not doing anything different than what I've been doing for the last ten years. Something has changed with Poser.
Very strange indeed. I have one machine where most of my runtimes are on another PC and that works fine.
To be sure, I saved a figure just now onto a network drive and i have no problem.
Could you do a test and save a figure to another folder which has a shorter path, with a pathname and name with only a-z letters to the network drive? Maybe it is allergic again for # character.

Those folders should not be there and may contain older or incomplete versions. Addons must be installed in Program FilesPoser SoftwarePoser 11RuntimePythinAddons
Addons can be in any runtime. I do so all the time.
As long as you do not have different versions or incompete versions.
Poser, reality, octane, dson store it in program files. Since we do not know what the problem is, it is worth a try.

Just a wild guess - there are 3 PythonAddon folders in the listing you made.
Could you rename the Addons folder in PublicDocumentsPoser 11 ContentRuntimePythonAddons and PublicDocumentsPoser 11 ContentDownloadsRuntimePythonAddons to AddonsOld.?

Install the ZZLegacyPoser11-installminimum_basic.zip into your poser runtime. That will fix most things, i think. And make sure you have your search setting to at least Shallow in General preferences

It looks like you installed Poser to a new location and did not choose the original location where your previous Poser was installed. So DSON and EZSkin and other 3rd party scripts are no longer installed. You can copy them over from your previous installation in Program Files which is located at Program Files:Smith Micro:Poser 11. In that folder copy the runtime:python:addons folder to the same location in the new poser install folder (Program FIles:Poser Software:Poser 11
You also need to copy the 3rd party scripts to the new poser folder.
Alternatively and maybe the best choice is to do a new install of Poser but now choose the old Poser location and choose not to uninstall and then follow the install steps using keep preferences. That will bring you back to the old situation but with the updated Poser.
Thread: Poser 11.2 and Nvidia RTX rendering. is it CPU only? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I think it needs a new cycles update for RTX. That was not in the scope for this 11.2 bridge release which was under time pressure.

I've been out of circulation due to losing hard drives, so I'm behind the curve. It's not if I'll update/upgrade -I definitely will- it's a question of how to go about doing so.
I have four workstations. Each has PPro2014GameDev. All of them have been running P11Pro on a beta license. I have five PPro2014GD licenses, two purchased P11Pro license (never installed), and the P11Pro beta license.
So, what do I need, to update/upgrade my four workstations to P11Pro 11.2? Obviously, I'll need to buy at least one upgrade for a PPro2014 Game Dev license. I see where/how to buy an upgrade. How do I handle the existing P11Pro licenses?
On a relatively trivial note, if there is no way to keep my PPro2014 Game Dev installs functional, that prevents me from doing P10 compatibility testing. Not hugely important, but a minor irk. What's the verdict on PPro2014 Game Dev?
PPro2014 GD needs to update to P11.2, Same for all P11 versions. Updates are free, Your SM serial numbers will work. Your beta serials will not work. If you can downgrade 2014 one of them to non Gamedev (if still have those installers) you will be able to use PPro 2014. The earlier 2014 poses do not use the licensing server.

DSON importer works just fine in P11 - absolutely no need to install DS. Donnema you are misinforming people.

really? is that last image supposed to represent.....The future?
No... you did not read my post that attached image is what the Iclone figures used look like few years ago, when Daz did not care if we discussed Iclone on their forums.
they look more like this now see the video link.
What is so special about that? Rendering and figures are not really exciting or special.

She is wonderful and very versatile. Lots of morphs to turn into everything from teenager to senior.
Adding clothes is pretty easy as well. Karantha has lots of them but even v4 dynamic clothes are pretty easy to use. Just load the cloth, pose PE to approximate the zero pose of the cloth (if needed), scale/translate/rotate the cloth (depending on the morphs you use and clothify and sim it. Cloth room will take care of the minor pokes.
And sim.
