Trouble is that it's hard to refer to the monitor and forums while you are actually working in Bryce(unless you are rich enough to own more than one pc) so the actual printed word is much more helpful to me.Trouble is that by the time I print everything out from online I then have a complete mess of papers with illustrations on one page and instructions on the other and then they all fall in a heap on the floor and then I'm all out of order.This also presupposes my stupid Epson printer is actually co-operating in the first place and I get a clear print out with all illustrations and without half the instructions missing.Not all of us are that comfortable reading a off a monitor simply because of eyesight issues Video tuts are good to introduce one to the interface but only if they proceed at a reasonable pace.Even then working in Bryce and watching the vid/dvd is difficult A book is much easier manoeuvre in front of one's pc..well it is for me.Sorry to be so difficult

Annoyingly I HAVE to go to the Marketplace to get to my account whereas I could just click on it from the homepage originally.Apart from that it's ok.

Um you can only do it with terrains and with boolean objects that you have altered by clicking on the little c.

Oh plants seem to takes the longest render times in Bryce...I'd rather do Distant Worlds...

You may have to try loading the character minus one item at a time to see which particular item(s) are causing the crash.Very time consuming I agree but it may help you to find a work around.

You do HAVE the Victoria 4.1 Morphs I hope?They are the product besides Vicky 4.1 that you need.

Well AgentSmith always recommends that you turn quality almost off or the render times become horrendous.

I can only say myself that I was getting far more control in Bryce 6 than I am achieving in Bryce 6.1.The 'improvement' has made it ultra,ultra sensitive in comparison to Bryce 6.I have to have quality off, lighting practically non existant  and HDRI as low as I can get it before I even get a sensible normal light.That's using the HDRI's supplied by DAZ in the content.Using the HDRI's I made myself they are far too inclined to be too powerful lighting wise.it takes a lot of experimenting to find the one spot on the Z,Y sphere  that gives the optimum image.

I certainly think that a really really simple tutorial is needed to explain this particular 'room'.

The only complaint I have with Bryce 6.1these days is the fact that it won't save when a certain amount of virtual memory has been used up but I view that as my fault in pushing my system too far.
