Did you buy it with a credit card? If so you might be able to get the charge reversed through the card company. You might try and call customer service again and demand to speak to a supervisor. Sometimes you just get a low-ranking jerk who doesn't care about his or her job. If half the screen is blurry I would define that as "out of order". Eric J

It may just be the lighting but the top half of her face looks much lighter than the lower half. I personally prefer the first version you posted (the thiner one). Eric J

If you're using Poser 4 check the materials settings and make sure the Cyclorama's color is set to white. The base color of the object will effect the color of the texture. I assume that Poser 5 has the same thing. Eric

Given the amount of stuff that has shown up at PoserWorld recently they could put out nothing else this year and I wouldn't feel "ripped off". Of course I would be terribly dissapointed. :) But back to the topic of discusion. Where and when will this package be available? And for how much? Eric J

Make sure that you don't already have the items. You can only buy a PC item once. If you try and buy it again then two things happen. 1. If the item is a PC item only you will get a warning that you can only pruchase the item once. 2. If the item is also available as a regular item then the cart charges you the regular price (minus discount). I almost found this out the hard way but fortunetly noticed that the prices weren't what I expected. It turned out I already had the PC item but I had forgotten about it. Eric J
