Yeah, they are mighty stingy with coupons lately and have lost a few sales on my part because of it. A lot of the time, coupons are the difference between something making me having the "Oh, shiny" reaction and getting it immediately. When there isn't a coupon, things often just wind up on my ridiculously long wish list.Â

I was wondering the same thing. Hopefully we'll find one waiting in our mail boxes early tomorrow (Friday) moring. I odn't know how much time I'll have on the PC this weekend.

I guess that's true. After having a couple of not so nice experience dealing with a couple of Poserverse vendors, I've gotten to where I usually only contact ones I know from "around" Poserverse. Thanks.Â

I have had a look at the products mentioned here...and I do see your issue as well. The products in question are ones that have been active in the marketplace before the page layout change and we added the lightbox option. Before this a majority of the vendors used the Vendor Editorial area and html as the main source of promotional images. Vendors were not required to go back and update all of their products. It was up to the individual vendor which products they would go back and update to use the lightbox option.
My suggestion would be to contact the vendor directly and inquire about a particular product you are interested in. Let them know you would be interested in buying the product IF you could see more images. Maybe this would prompt them to make the update to the images. :-) Some vendors have very large stores..over 300 and in some cases 500 products and of course updating all of those can take a lot of time. So if they start receiving inquiries about those products maybe they would be inclined to update those pages. :-)

I might do that. Unfortunately, my experience with vendors on a 1-to-1 basis hasn't always worked out possitively. In all honesty, it's just more work for me as a paying customer and I'd rather not have to deal with vendors that way. I guess time will tell.Â

Quote - Some word from staff on the matter would be nice. I don't know if it's a problem with specific pages missing or having broken code, or there simply no additional images for a given product. It's kind of unfair for vendors if it's the first problem.
I doubt it's lack of promo images, because I think Wicked Heart Hair used to have a few more. If you look at the page, the only promo is now the "banner" graphic at the top. That doesn't give you a complete view of the hair.

I don't know about you, but I'm really not going to by something I can't see fully before purchase. Whether it's missing promos on the vendors' end or Renderosity's, this really needs taken care of.
I did notice that Extravaganza III's additional promos are back, if you click on the Editorial Tab. The images seem to be remotely hosted.

If Renderosity is going to allow vendors to put remotely hosted extra promos in the Editorial Tab instead of using the light boxes, I don't personally mind, as long as the images stay available. However, it kind of puts customers in a bind if the remote hosting site is malfunctioning and there are no promos except a "banner image" at the top of the page because the vendor didn't upload images for the light boxes, as well.Â

It would be nice to get some information about this from the Renderosity staff. I know I originally posted it on a weekend. However, in additon to being over a week later, it's now a week day. It's not nice to ignore paying customers' concerns. Especially when they usually spend most of their money here at Rendo and do have plans to chek out a couple of things by the end of this week.  :glare:Â

I've put off buying because of the lack of coupons, to be honest. I'm one of those people that routinely buys something and a coupon will come out either hours later or the next day. LOL
