Ack! blush That didn't need a grand announcement, Mike -- LOL! Now I have to get to work and put some of the newer tutorials that have been waiting into place so at least there'll be something new to see. Tsk...you're making me work. Hehe! Okay, I found it and did the deed. Now, how about performing some of your magic and getting them to change all that "Vue" to "Vue d'Esprit"? ;) Also, how come all the tutorial pages (including the introduction page) say POSER?

I'll ditto that! (Not the blushing, did enough of that already - lol) I've always made good use of resource sites and devoured tutorials when learning something new, and there is nothing that can replace that kind of internet spirit! That's why I'm pleased whenever I'm able to share something with others, too. So enjoy, enjoy, and keep that spirit alive! And Rose, you said you were working on something really spectacular to show us, right? ;)

: glad you like 'em! I've left off making new Vue stuff for awhile...my latest project is a group of 10 Poser characters based on the "Big Brother" TV show House Guests. This should be fun...hope to have the first up sometime this weekend. :)

Hi Gray, You're not alone. There are several of us who can't view the images that are stored on Renderosity's site. There's something strange in the scripting they use for those images, and they don't seem inclined to change it. So, forget about shopping at the Renderosity store, since all you'll see there are logos. Forget the galleries, because most of those will be logos. But the Free Stuff areas use images stored on other websites, so you'll be able to see those okay. Plus, the text is legible! :) Varian

Terrains and primitives (like the plane object) accept texture very differently. The scale of 1 works for the primitive, but a terrain needs a scale of 3. It is just one of those mysteries of the universe! :) Varian
