well, my gut feeling is that Body Paint is easier to use from looking thru all the features, screen shots, etc... not sure tho. I thought I would try it first.

well, I rarely say who has created a freebie in my pictures. I usually say something like this: tweaked poser figure (if I tweaked it) Free character that I downloaded from somewhere (if I didn't create the character) I never use other backgrounds except from my own photos or scans of my own photos, so I never say anything. As for props, well, I lump them all together and say all the props except for... are from free downloads. If I payed for something I try to remember to give credit but I feel that no matter which, selling or offering for free, the people who do this need to realize that they put this model out into the public domain. They cannot always expect everyone to say exactly what they want regarding where they got it. It's like anything out there in the public domain. Many individual things can come together to make up a bomb, but those things aren't really intentially being made specifically to do harm. it's a philosophical question. I don't believe that anyone is intentionally meaning to take credit. it's a combination of many things that goes into making a picture and sometimes that combination is enough for some people to feel that they are completely responsible for it. Blah, blah, blah....anyway. I do very much appreciate all the efforts of the model makers and texture makers. I hope one day to offer my own items to the community both for free and for fee... I show that appreciation by buying them and using them, or downloading them from freestuff if they are offered. I hope my models get used because for me that will be thanks enough. I can't expect that once they are in the public domain, that everyone will give me credit or that everyone will be responsible with the image. I can't take the thing away from someone who puts it into a violent, pornographic picture, even tho I would like to... I could go on and on... I think it's an interesting topic...and yes a good one for debate forum...

I hope you get some of that 1000.00 per sale! gee, I feel better because when I went there a long time back now, I thought maybe there was something I was missing about the models. I kept thinking, well, maybe they are for something I know nothing about and they miraculously change into more organic, life like models when inserted into some magic machine! LOL!

thanks rena...I have done sooooooo much reading on all these programs over the past few months, believe me! I am just very interested in the oppinions of real users now. I did read Steve Shanks review and his tuorial. They all seem complicated to me!

their customer service is very good...don't worry about it. I always have my email set to check every 8 minutes so that something is always on while I download, just in case (and I probably don't need to do that). But, I am sure you won't have any problems.

wow, I am glad I saw this thread (well, I get all the threads but still...) sometimes it's good to have these talks on the software forums, just so those that don't frequent others get the information. I had no idea the communities took so much of the sale. I always thought 20% was the high end of percentages for "agents". Glad I caught up. it will help to me make a better decision in the future when I try to sell my textures. Not that I wouldn't read the agreement when ready to go for it, but...

so far so good, I like the eyes alot. I am getting tired of those kind of lips myself, personally, but I know alot of people like these kind of lips. I prefer a thinner, wider lip versus poofy, rounder lips with more vertical height than width. This type of lip to me is very unrealistic for a caucasian female, except in poser world! LOL. it seems to be very popular tho and is the main reason I buy so few female caucasian characters. Though I guess that could be morphed away by the users. This is just my oppinion though...hope you don't take personal offense...she is still very nice and the eye color is really great! :)

oh well...it looks great anyway. I like it :)
