...to make "black" roses??? also a good way is to create a new layer, paint over top the rose petals and experiment with the different blend modes. sorry can't remenber which mode i used (had to do the same thing but on a "tie"), the meds are still clouding the mind and making me tired more often... retrocity

Thread: Troubles with an error. | Forum: Photoshop
the preference file (Prefs.psp) is located in the Documents and Settings/[user profile]/Application Data/Adobe/Photoshop/[version]/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings folder...
whenever things start acting screw-bally on me i like to force Photoshop to create a new preference file by holding down the Shift-Ctrl-Alt when i launch.
a lot of time whenever PS gets all WONKY, tossing the "prefs" file fixes it up (and it's a lot less painful than "re-installing" PS)
hope it helps

Computer Arts puts out some pretty good mags and i often grab a copy to flip through while sippn java @ Borders, but the price is a killer. i grab one when there's a "really" good article, otherwise i just "take notes" and order another cup ;)

SWEET!
i agree with hoof, i'd tighten up the TITLE a little to pull it away from the sides a bit. i can see this as a framed poster on a theater wall. let us know how goes as the project comes along!
thanks for sharing,

for me, i'd say Photoshop User (it comes as part of your NAPP membership) and i find it well worth the membership cost ($99USD). single issue price is $9.95(USD)

Stock xchng (Exchange) is a pretty cool resource, there are even some of our own photography forum members posting work there.
there is also a site called Morgue File that has hi-res photos of different stuff, maybe you can find something there...
